Have to go to the meeting point at least 15 min before your booking time as people will line up for it. The bus will drop you at the HK immigration around the HK Airport, then you walk to get on a transit bus. The transit bus will take you to Zhuhai Port where You get off to pass the Chinese immigration there. It was a smooth journey and not difficult unless you have lots of baggage. At the Zhuhai Port, there are also yummy restaurants with reasonable prices so eating there is recommended (especially before going to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which is more expensive).

I didn’t buy a ticket for my child, so they need to bind his passport to mine. it is done over the counter very quickly. once u check in, there’s nothing much in the departure waiting area. so pls make sure u eat first before check in. the ride is about 85mins. we bought first class, but as the boat wasn’t full, we managed to just let ur child sit on the extra seats available.

The driver was very helpful and punctual. He helped us for the luggages. We communicated via Wechat, so it’s not a problem for me if the driver cannot speak English well. The vehicle was clean. The driver dropped us to the port and he will wait for us at Macau side and took us to Macau’s hotel. It’s very convenient, comfort, and worth the money.

We had an excellent experience with the private city transfer from Hong Kong International Airport to Zhuhai City. The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The entire transfer was well organised, and the driver handled border procedures efficiently with all images to guide us which was especially grateful. Overall, it was a very reliable and comfortable service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling between Hong Kong and Zhuhai.
