Chimelong Circus Hotel Zhuhai

Honestly, I highly recommend this place. At first, I was hesitant and wanted to book another place, but this one had a better price. When I arrived, it exceeded my expectations. It's centrally located, close to shows and the ocean, all within walking distance. The staff were excellent; even though they couldn't speak English, they tried their best to communicate until we understood each other. The housekeepers were truly great, always refilling the water, and the room was clean. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded corner room. The food wasn't included in the package, but there's delicious food downstairs. If I come back next time, I won't hesitate to stay here again.

many people there in site the zone expect to have bathing tube but no beds comparatively small no upgrade, late checkin ard 3:30pm price generally expensive on eating and everything the shows are nice, but adding in tickets seems over-price. but generally happy experience with kids ;) fireworks and games in the site are nice and incredible!

It's a super amazing place, I & my family enjoying this whole full trip. It was so great to been there, to watch all the animals & shows. Thank you, Chimelong "Ocean Kingdom" & "Spaceship theme park". It has give us a great memory for Chimelong. The front desk staffs are super friendly, environment are so clean, foods also delicious. Hotel room also very nice & spacing, let's us feel like a home. I will introduce this place to my colleagues, friends & family members. I took over a thousand of photos plus videos, it's to nice. We use 3days to explore those area part by part. Very interesting.

spent 3 days 2 night there at circus hotel. the air con , bed , shower facilities and staff are good and helpful. Except i didnt expect the buffet is like a foodcourt, its a mixed of 10 stores to combine a food court thus if one is expecting hotel style buffet, you should consider to book another hotel in the theme park. the 3 days entrance tickets for both theme park are super value fpr money and its a place where kids will fall in love with. i recommend people to spend at least 3 days here.

A 3-day and 2-night package for 2 adults and 2 children, HK$2700 is a great value! Day 1 Go to the Circus Hotel in the morning to check in, and you will be able to compare the 3-day all-in park tickets for 4 people at once, the circus tickets for the day, and the room card. If you don't have a room, you can enter the park after storing your luggage. When your room is ready, you will be notified of the room number via SMS. The process is very smooth, and the staff are polite and helpful! The room is big enough, the bed is small, and clean. Both parks are fun. The performances, parades and fireworks are all great to watch. Circus 0K. Day 3 Checked out at noon to store our luggage and then went to the park to play again. Play for 3 days, 3 days is just right.

This time, I booked two rooms for our family trip, and one of them even had a large balcony, perfect for taking beautiful photos. The Circus Hotel also has a flash card and sticker card collection activity, where you can redeem puzzle stickers, badges, and other souvenirs for children. When we went down for breakfast late, we happened to meet Auntie Fu Qunying, a very kind housekeeper. She replenished our bottled water, coffee, and tea bags, and enthusiastically answered all our questions about the hotel. The Circus breakfast was also very much to our liking; you can definitely eat your fill. The location was convenient, and we had a very enjoyable two-day stay!

This trip, my family and I stayed for 2 nights and were assigned two rooms on the 6th floor. The twin beds were quite large, and the fire-rated wooden doors provided excellent sound insulation. My children stayed in a separate room, and the elders said they didn't hear any noise. We slept in late and happened to encounter the housekeeping staff. The auntie, whose name is Fu Qunying, was very special. She helped us by replenishing bottled water for our outings and even told us that if we stay again, we should request a room on a higher floor in Zone C to see the fireworks. She was also very knowledgeable about all the hotel's activities. This time, we also paid extra for the Magic Dressing Room experience, where my daughter got to dress up as a princess. The overall service at the Circus Hotel is truly excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone! :)

The front desk service was friendly and welcoming, and the reception was efficient. They thoughtfully reminded us of things to be aware of, and even when there was a wait, it was handled quickly. During check-out, they proactively called to inform me that I had forgotten something (I don't have a local phone number). They automatically upgraded our room and even had an ankle massager (at our own expense, but we felt it was much needed💖😆). The hotel is beautiful. We brought two children, a total of four people, and we all felt comfortable. We loved the balcony. The two Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park were so much fun, and the surrounding environment was also very beautiful. I only regret not having time to take pictures. There is a free shuttle bus. We hope to come back again!

There is a pony show in front of the hotel. Children like it very much and can play with the pony. The hotel's service is very good and puts guests first. I would like to thank Manager Zheng Jing of the Circus Hotel for taking the initiative to help guests solve their problems and making my family have a pleasant trip to Chimelong. I don’t have a domestic phone number and only bought a data card. I have no way to contact K-look in Hong Kong and no way to receive information. I picked the wrong package and found out when I checked in. I was so anxious that I didn’t know what to do. Fortunately, I met I went to Manager Zheng Jing, who patiently contacted k-look for me and finally successfully solved my problem. Really need to commend this manager for his eagerness to help customers.

A very convenient ticket package and the ticket exchange process is smooth. Ocean Kingdom is a must-visit place. The hotel is very tidy. Although the lighting is slightly dim, it does not affect your rest. The circus is very exciting, and the buffet is more like an all-you-can-eat food court. During a two-day trip to Ocean Kingdom, you can easily visit all places. The fireworks at night are amazing, and the park is cleaner than before. I am grateful to the staff for their maintenance. I will come back with my children if I have the opportunity. It is a very suitable place for family travel.
