Chimelong Spaceship Hotel

It was a good idea to just get a hotel that has food provided. The dinner and Lunch buffet WAS AMAZING, they had seafood, steaks and chicken. Wish they gave us Breakfast at Coral restaurant instead of lunch but still good. Dinner provided is indeed on the day you arrive and Lunch is the day after you checked-in. Coral restaurant has the view of the Aquarium. Chimelong show is only on the day that you check in, highly recommend to go earlier to get better seats as majority of the good seats get taken up fast. Fireworks is held everyday at 8pm Ocean Kingdom (outdoor), can be slightly seen at the pool at Chimelong Spaceship Hotel. Highly recommend the Orca show at Spaceship and Beluga show at Ocean Kingdom. You can walk to Ocean Kingdom from Spaceship, but its not very easy to walk to, just take the shuttle bus. Chimelong show is held at kaka Theatre so also take the shuttle bus. It rains a lot, buy a good raincoat to tackle Ocean Kingdom. You can pay extra to add a single bed per night.

The 3-day, 2-night Chimelong Spaceship Hotel package was excellent value for money, and my family and I had a wonderful time. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the front desk staff were very patient in assisting us and explaining the check-in process. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always greeted us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. Both Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom are huge, with plenty of facilities, and the restaurants are of high quality with tasty food. Not only are the rides exciting and fun, but there are also interactive games that offer pleasant surprises. The Chimelong Show is definitely a gold medal winner. The shuttle bus service from the hotel to the parks was smooth and convenient; even with many people, it wasn't chaotic. The entire trip was very enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

The front desk staff at the Spaceship Hotel explained everything in great detail. Because of the large crowds during the Easter holiday, they suggested we drop off our luggage and go enjoy ourselves first, so we wouldn't waste time waiting for our room. When they realized we were from Hong Kong, they switched to Cantonese, which was very thoughtful. This package included tickets to three theme parks, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The Spaceship Park is huge, and staying at the Spaceship Hotel meant we could just walk over, so we didn't have to worry about rain. We could also enter an hour early to start enjoying the attractions. The circus was also spectacular. Ocean Kingdom is a very large park, and we specifically waited until 8 PM to watch the fireworks, which were visible from all directions. The children found it incredibly exciting. The 3-day, 2-night stay was ample time, making this package perfect for a family trip. Additionally, I'd like to especially thank the Klook team for helping me cancel for free and change the dates when I couldn't get time off work previously. I will definitely purchase from them again! For the first time, our family visited the Spaceship Hotel. The staff were excellent and patiently explained everything to us. The hotel is very large and full of surprises. The room was very clean, odorless, and the room staff were very polite. The facilities were also perfect. Breakfast is a must-try, with a wide variety of options that the children thoroughly enjoyed. We could eat all our meals at the hotel. On the first day, we went to the Spaceship Theme Park, and in the evening, we watched the circus, which was incredibly surprising and a must-see. On the second day, we visited Ocean Kingdom. It was crowded, but the rides were perfect for my children, and we played all day. In the evening, we ordered dinner and ate it back in our room. On the third day, we went back to the Spaceship Theme Park. At 4 PM, we went to the Whale Shark Theater, which is also a must-see! Around 5 PM, we headed back to Hong Kong. From day 1 to day 3, everything went smoothly. The Didi drivers in Zhuhai were very friendly. We will definitely stay at the Spaceship Hotel again! 👍👍

This is a great place for the whole family to visit! We checked in first thing in the morning, then dropped off our luggage and started exploring the park. We received a message with our room number. I was celebrating my husband's birthday, and when we checked in, they said they would arrange a birthday setup in the room and provide a small cake, as well as upgrade our room to a higher floor. When we picked up the room after 3 PM, the decorations and a gift were for children. Although it wasn't suitable for us, their sincerity was enough! 😆 The small cake they provided was a pleasant surprise; it was a cute and delicious orca-shaped mousse cake! 😋 Even though we were visiting in hot weather, there were many indoor areas in the park, so it wasn't a big issue! 😎 We spent three relaxing and enjoyable days at the hotel and park! 😄 Staying at the Spaceship Hotel was also convenient, as we could enter the Spaceship Park directly from the hotel. There were also dedicated shuttle services to Ocean Kingdom and the Chimelong Show, which was very comfortable! ☺

The hotel is clean and you can use standard Type A power outlets. You can attend all shows, but you'll need to scan your passport for entry. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Chimelong Show and the Aquarium, which is convenient and sufficient. The buffet dinner is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. There are other restaurants available at the hotel, but prices range from 50-100 RMB, so the buffet might be a better value. For payments, we recommend downloading WeChat and linking your credit card for convenience, as you sometimes need to scan a code to order food. For transportation, we suggest downloading Didi China to call a taxi to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Port to report to immigration when crossing the border to Hong Kong.

The Klook 3-day, 2-night package is an excellent deal. You get unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Park for three days. When you're tired, you can return to the hotel to rest and then head back out to play. The Chimelong Spaceship Hotel has a food court on the ground floor with many reasonably priced options, so there's no need to order from Meituan. The package includes two days of breakfast; you can go down for breakfast at 8 AM and then enter the park directly at 9 AM to start your day.

The entire park is a lot of fun, and the area is huge. Three days and two nights aren't enough to experience all the activities in both parks! Staying at the Spaceship Hotel makes it incredibly convenient to visit the Spaceship Park. It's a shame the park closes at 6 PM, which feels a bit early, but being entirely indoors is great as it helps avoid heavy rain and heat! The rides and shows are also plentiful and enjoyable. The breakfast options and taste are quite good! The shuttle bus only connects the Spaceship Hotel to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Theatre. To get from Ocean Kingdom to the theater, you have to walk, which is too tiring for children and seniors after a full day of activities. The 5D theater, Penguin Pavilion, Whale Shark Pavilion, and fireworks show at Ocean Kingdom are very appealing and a must-see! However, booking through Klook means no refunds or changes, and they don't refund the difference if the price drops. When we booked, breakfast was 'included,' but we later found that the room rate for our dates had dropped by about 800 yuan! Although the later package didn't include breakfast, breakfast for two adults and one child for two days would only cost around 600 yuan. Unfortunately, Klook customer service stated that orders are non-refundable and non-changeable, and there's no low-price guarantee. This was the only minor drawback.

Purchasing the Zhuhai Chimelong package on Klook was incredibly convenient; I received confirmation very quickly after placing the order. Upon arrival, the entire process of clearing customs, checking into the hotel, and entering the park was seamless. I could simply scan my ID to enter the park. The Whale Shark Exhibit and the nightly fireworks show at Ocean Kingdom were truly therapeutic and spectacular! The 3-day unlimited entry pass was very practical, allowing for flexible scheduling. Aside from a damp smell in the hotel room, the overall experience was excellent.
