We had Haruhiko “Sunny” Tamura as our guide, and he was wonderful! This tour was the perfect mix of cultural learning, sightseeing, shopping, and eating.
Sunny did a great job explaining the meaning and stories behind the places we visited. He even brought illustrations to explain customs like how to properly clean our hands and bow, which made learning about Japanese traditions fun and memorable.
He was incredibly friendly, personable, and down to earth. His English was excellent, and we had no problem understanding him or asking questions. He gave us great shopping tips, helped us pick out a few shops he thought we would enjoy, and gave us excellent recommendations for lunch.
It felt more like exploring with a knowledgeable local than following a typical tour. We learned a lot and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend Sunny and would definitely book with him again!

Miyuki was our tour guide and was the best guide I have ever had while traveling. It was such an amazing day spending the day with Mikuki in Tokyo. The temple was amazing,! We also loved walking the streets of Tokyo, trying new foods, and going to an owl cafe and feeding and interacting with the owls. Mikuki booked us an amazing lunch spot. Absolutely fantastic day!

It was a great experience. I got chopsticks that I made myself, and they turned out amazing. My boyfriend chose Sonokeling wood; it's hard, but he did a great job. I liked Yakusugi; it was my favorite type of wood from the first time I saw it.

teamLab Borderless was one of my favorite experiences in Tokyo. It really feels like stepping into another world rather than visiting a traditional museum. The artwork constantly changes, moves between rooms, and interacts with the space around you, so exploring without knowing exactly what you’ll find next is part of the fun.
Some of the rooms were genuinely breathtaking, and photos don’t fully capture how immersive everything feels in person. I also loved that you can take your time and revisit areas because the experience can change.
I’d recommend giving yourself at least 2–3 hours and not rushing through it. Booking through Klook was easy, and entry with the timed ticket was straightforward. Definitely worth experiencing at least once while in Tokyo!

my mom and I came here to get something to bring home as a souvenir that we could use and show off, and we did not regret it! the instructor Laura was very involved and patient with us, as it could be intimidating to deal with new equipment and we had to be careful to not break our rings in the process. I got a vintage coin from the Taisho era and it was a nice reminder of Japan. my mom got a vintage Singaporean coin from the 70s as it was nostalgic for her. both turned out comfortable and beautiful, we can't wait to show them off to our friends and family!

This was my first time using it, and it was convenient and great. The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted, the owner was very kind, and the food was delicious. It's a place where indoor smoking is allowed, so it would be comfortable for smokers. Non-smokers might find it difficult, though.
