Our guide, Xiao Zhou, is a very enthusiastic and kind person from Northeast China. Traveling during the off-season meant the overall pace of the trip was just right. The driver was a kind-looking Japanese gentleman. Shikisai-no-oka in early October didn't have lavender, but the undulating flower fields combined with the clear sky were still stunning. Farm Tomita in Furano was slightly less impressive without the lavender, but there were many lavender-related souvenirs. On the way back, the guide mentioned that traffic can be unpredictable in Hokkaido during winter snowfalls, with long traffic jams, driver fatigue, and a higher risk of accidents. As someone who prefers traditional Chinese wellness practices, I find sitting for long periods uncomfortable. I hope the company can pay more attention to the issue of fatigue and the well-being of elderly drivers. I was the only person from mainland China among the 11 people on the day trip, which was similar to my experience in Kyushu in May. Everyone else was young.

We really enjoyed the tour! 😍 Everything was great, the itinerary, especially the penguin walk. The bus was comfortable, and of course our tour guide, Vivi, was amazing! She was very kind and accommodating, and she speaks English very well. We will definitely book another tour with Klook again.🇯🇵🥶❄️

Walking into Furano Tomita Farm, you will see a gentle purple ocean. Lavender sways gently in the breeze, and the air is filled with elegant fragrance, as if even breathing is healed. Walking slowly along the flower fields, sage, marigolds, and cosmos bloom one after another, and the colors are interwoven into a gorgeous picture. The Tokachi Mountains in the distance quietly guard this sea of flowers. Under the blue sky and white clouds, everything seems so peaceful and magnificent. Standing on a high platform overlooking the entire farm, there is only admiration and emotion in my heart. Tomita Farm is not only a visual feast, but also more like a warm summer poem, which makes people want to keep this beauty in their hearts and be reluctant to leave for a long time.

小安 was patient and thorough in her explanation . Although she’s new to the position, she tried her very best and even bought all group members a little souvenir. she gave special attention to only English speaking customers.

The itinerary was full and well-organized, and our tour guide, Oscar, was very kind and provided thorough explanations of the attractions throughout the trip. The scenery in Furano and Biei was still captivating at the end of September! I would definitely join again if I have the chance!

If I could give 10 stars to Joe and the driver, I absolutely would. I’ve been on many tours in Japan and in other countries, but Joe and the driver are on another level when it comes to taking care of their guests.
Joe is incredibly kind, very informative, and always made sure we were satisfied — from the tour experience to the food. He really goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy.
The lunch was super delicious too!
Truly a 10-star experience. Highly recommended!

The itinerary was great. We were able to cover a lot of beautiful tourist spots with comfort and ease. Tip: bring a lot of food and snacks because there won’t be time alloted for meals. We were allowed to eat inside the bus, we just had to manage our trash. Our tour guide Oliver was also great. They sent an e-mail the night before the tour for reminders. The meeting spot was easy to find. We went with our two year old toddler. We brought a stroller and the company asked for additional 1,500 yen fee for bringing the stroller which was charged on the day of the tour. Also, children were not allowed to ride the snow mobile so we had no choice but to wait for the others and play in the snow instead. Overall, we had a lot of fun and made beautiful memories.

It was supposed to rain the night before the tour, so it was cloudy and cold enough to see our breath until late morning. However, thanks to our self-proclaimed weather fairy guide, Jeon Ara, we were able to see Mount Fuji on our way back to Tokyo. It was a breathtaking view after a long wait, making for a perfect end to our trip! I appreciated that Guide Jeon Ara adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and on-site conditions, rather than sticking to the planned order. She also gave great recommendations for delicious snacks at each location and provided accurate guidance and explanations. I realized that seeing Mount Fuji is more difficult than expected and requires a lot of luck (😅). Since the temperature is about 5 degrees colder than in downtown Tokyo, I think April would be a great time to visit, as the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer throughout early, mid, and late April. 🌸
