Luzui Villa

didn't opt for guide..Just driver. was raining heavily and couldn't contact driver to pick us up nearer where we were which was very frustratting. however later itinerary was good with the driver suggesting exchanging sequence due to weather. good suggestion. quite expensive though for group of 6.

This booking was made to celebrate a birthday. Upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt like I was on vacation. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, provided excellent explanations, and clearly detailed how the pool operates. The hotel also offered simple yet beautiful decorations. Furthermore, the room I booked this time was stunning, fully equipped, very guest-friendly, and offered beautiful scenery, perfect for photos. The hotel restaurant provided a wide variety of delicious options, and I was able to use the voucher included with my booking. The dining environment was also lovely. The hotel even offered complimentary post-dinner desserts, which was a thoughtful touch, and a delicious breakfast. The butler service was excellent; all my requests and questions were handled efficiently, which is commendable. Regarding the photography session, the photographer, Ah Lok, arrived punctually before the scheduled time. Ah Lok was very professional and friendly, providing outstanding guidance on how to take great photos, and the pictures turned out wonderfully. Overall, all these aspects made my trip very enjoyable and the experience excellent. I look forward to returning again.

The front desk service was polite and friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cool, but when the front desk assigned me the room, they didn't mention it was a connecting room or an accessible room. A connecting room wouldn't normally be an issue, but if the people in the adjacent room are noisy, it can be very loud. I also don't like accessible rooms because the shower area doesn't have a door, which means the entire bathroom gets wet when showering. The dinner tasted good and the portions were generous. The only downside was that there were no options for the set menu; my husband doesn't eat beef and I don't eat spicy food, so we ended up not eating the entire beef dish. Breakfast was mediocre, and the seating arrangement was chaotic. No one told me where I could sit, and after walking around several times without finding a seat, a staff member finally informed me that there were other rooms available for seating. The restaurant service was quite poor.

The hotel room is spacious, and the balcony offers beautiful sea views. The breakfast quality is also good, and ordering takeout for dinner is quite convenient. The outdoor pool is perfect for children to swim in. The hotel is right on Jinsha Bay, making it very easy to access the beach. Additionally, the hotel has a kids' club and a pet paradise, where children can play in the ball pit and feed/cuddle pets. Pengfei Park is just outside the hotel, with plenty of playground equipment for children. Overall, this is a hotel that is very suitable for children to burn off energy.

After returning to Hong Kong, I realized I had left an item at the hotel. When I called to inquire, the hotel staff were very helpful and quickly assisted in finding it and immediately shipping it back to Hong Kong. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness and help. The hotel environment is comfortable, facing the sea, and the overall stay was very pleasant. It is highly recommended.

The room faces the sea, offering an amazing view and direct access to stunning sunsets, truly giving a vacation feel. The front desk concierge was very friendly and promptly helped us with any issues. This package also included a 20-minute photography session; the photographer was skilled and thoughtfully guided us through various poses. We were very satisfied with the photos we received.

The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and well-decorated. The butler is very thoughtful and recommends different room themes. Additionally, the package includes photography services, and the photographer, "Liu Liu," is very meticulous, guiding us on poses and movements. The photos turned out beautifully! 👍🏻

Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good, and the beef pho was delicious! Service: The staff provided excellent service, even personally bringing our takeout to the room! The hotel also arranged a photography service, and the photos turned out very natural! They even helped decorate the room!

The hotel's overall service was impeccable, and the staff were all very friendly. We were very fortunate to meet Ah Le, the photographer. Not only was his service excellent, but his skills were also incredibly professional. He helped us capture many perfect moments, and the final photos are beautiful! This complimentary photoshoot was truly exceptional value, a full 10/10 recommendation!
