Nous n'avons pas opté pour un guide, juste un chauffeur. Il pleuvait très fort et nous n'avons pas pu contacter le chauffeur pour qu'il vienne nous chercher plus près de notre emplacement, ce qui était très frustrant. Cependant, le reste de l'itinéraire s'est bien déroulé, le chauffeur ayant suggéré d'échanger l'ordre des visites en raison de la météo. Bonne suggestion. Assez cher cependant pour un groupe de 6 personnes.

Cette réservation était pour célébrer un anniversaire. Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons eu l'impression d'être en vacances. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable, nous a très bien accueillis et nous a clairement expliqué le fonctionnement de la piscine. L'hôtel avait également préparé une décoration simple mais très jolie. De plus, la chambre que nous avions réservée était magnifique, très bien équipée et très agréable pour les clients, avec une vue splendide, parfaite pour prendre des photos. Le restaurant de l'hôtel proposait une grande variété de plats délicieux, et nous avons pu utiliser les bons fournis avec la réservation. Le cadre était également très beau. L'hôtel a même offert un dessert gratuit après le repas, ce qui était très attentionné, et un délicieux petit-déjeuner. Le service de conciergerie était d'excellente qualité ; toutes mes demandes et questions ont été résolues, ce qui est très appréciable. Concernant la séance photo, le photographe Ah Lok est arrivé à l'heure, avant l'heure prévue. Il s'est montré très professionnel et amical, expliquant très bien comment prendre de belles photos, et le résultat était excellent. En résumé, tout cela a rendu mon séjour très agréable et mon expérience très positive. J'ai hâte de revenir.

The hotel room is spacious, and the balcony offers beautiful sea views. The breakfast quality is also good, and ordering takeout for dinner is quite convenient. The outdoor pool is perfect for children to swim in. The hotel is right on Jinsha Bay, making it very easy to access the beach. Additionally, the hotel has a kids' club and a pet paradise, where children can play in the ball pit and feed/cuddle pets. Pengfei Park is just outside the hotel, with plenty of playground equipment for children. Overall, this is a hotel that is very suitable for children to burn off energy.

The front desk service was polite and friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cool, but when the front desk assigned me the room, they didn't mention it was a connecting room or an accessible room. A connecting room wouldn't normally be an issue, but if the people in the adjacent room are noisy, it can be very loud. I also don't like accessible rooms because the shower area doesn't have a door, which means the entire bathroom gets wet when showering. The dinner tasted good and the portions were generous. The only downside was that there were no options for the set menu; my husband doesn't eat beef and I don't eat spicy food, so we ended up not eating the entire beef dish. Breakfast was mediocre, and the seating arrangement was chaotic. No one told me where I could sit, and after walking around several times without finding a seat, a staff member finally informed me that there were other rooms available for seating. The restaurant service was quite poor.

Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good, and the beef pho was delicious! Service: The staff provided excellent service, even personally bringing our takeout to the room! The hotel also arranged a photography service, and the photos turned out very natural! They even helped decorate the room!

The hotel's overall service was impeccable, and the staff were all very friendly. We were very fortunate to meet Ah Le, the photographer. Not only was his service excellent, but his skills were also incredibly professional. He helped us capture many perfect moments, and the final photos are beautiful! This complimentary photoshoot was truly exceptional value, a full 10/10 recommendation!

We stayed for one night, and the hotel's environment and facilities were excellent and very clean. The hotel manager and staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to meet our requests, enthusiastically recommending nearby attractions. The hotel also included a complimentary photo session; the photographer, Ah Lung, was very professional, and the photo-taking process was smooth, with clear instructions given throughout. Additionally, the personal butler responded very quickly and answered all our questions in detail.

The room design is beautiful, and seeing the blue pool makes one feel happy. The surrounding environment is quiet, and the sea view from the room is unobstructed. The hotel's location offers high privacy, making it suitable for couples. The reception staff were friendly, and their WeChat responses were prompt, which is commendable. The photographer, Liuliu, is a female photographer who was meticulous and gave clear instructions, helping us take beautiful photos. The dining voucher provided by the hotel allowed us to enjoy a light lunch upon check-out. The entire arrangement was very comfortable and highly recommended. Hotel Location: The hotel is situated on a small hill, but most restaurants and attractions are within a 10-minute taxi ride, which is very convenient.

This stay at the Shenzhen Judiaosha Lavande Resort's garden-view room was serene and comfortable. The package offered excellent value for money, with a rich and delicious buffet breakfast for two. The outdoor pool was beautifully designed, providing a wonderful swimming experience. The biggest surprise was the adorable pet park, where we could hand-feed cute alpacas and bunnies, which was incredibly therapeutic. Finally, we enjoyed a ride on the two-person mini-train, admiring the scenery along the way. It's definitely a top choice for a vacation that both adults and children will love!
