Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The ocean view room offered an incredibly open vista, and the entire room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. What was most thoughtful was that the hotel knew we were celebrating a birthday and proactively helped with decorations—rose petals and balloons were arranged on the bed, instantly creating a wonderful atmosphere. Our photographer, Ah Lok, was super nice; he taught us how to pose and knew how to find the best angles, resulting in a set of photos with excellent quality! We also received a $100 dining voucher, which we used at one of their restaurants. The ambiance was very chill, and the food quality was quite good. We will definitely come back again next time!

We booked two rooms at the Blue and White Santorini Cliff Hotel through Klook to celebrate a birthday. The most charming aspect of this guesthouse is its incredibly warm and personal touch. Even before our trip, we could feel the difference from cold, impersonal AI customer service. The concierge team proactively sent us thoughtful messages and practical information, making us feel as if old friends were awaiting our arrival. Upon arrival, we were greeted with attentive luggage service, thoughtful recommendations for attractions, and in the evening, a comforting and sweet dessert soup to wish us goodnight, along with complimentary snacks in the room. Every small detail revealed immense care and consideration for guests. Stepping into the room, the minimalist design, coupled with a serene sea-view hot tub, allowed us to instantly shed our fatigue. What was most unforgettable, however, was the professional and vibrant friendliness of our photographer, Ah Lok. His warm laughter eased our awkwardness in front of the camera, and he managed to find beautiful spots even in heavy rain. Under his relaxed guidance, he captured many wonderful moments for us. This is a hotel that truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommended! 👍😄

This was my first staycation in Shenzhen, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and the environment was peaceful. The butler service was very attentive, and they were always happy to help resolve any issues we encountered. Additionally, they offered a complimentary photo shoot with no extra charge. The photographer, Ah Lok, was very professional and guided us on how to pose, resulting in professional-quality photos. I will definitely visit again.

Since it's in the countryside, it's inevitable to have mosquitoes and small bugs, but the front desk and the room provided mosquito and insect repellent devices, which was great! Also, the photographer, Ah Lok, was very patient and took some excellent photos!

Any items we requested were promptly delivered to the room, which was very efficient! 👍🏻 The photographer, Ah Le, was very friendly, and the photos he took for us were beautiful; we were very satisfied! I highly recommend this place for a vacation!

I'm extremely satisfied with this accommodation. Even though I chose the cheapest room type, the room was very spacious, and I was particularly pleased with the large bathroom. The room was fully equipped with everything you could need, even a bathtub liner and steam eye masks, so there's really no need to bring your own things. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with many photo opportunities along the coast and the sea. The restaurant also overlooks the sea, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The weather wasn't too hot, so sitting outdoors in the evening was pleasant. For dinner, we ordered two dishes and two drinks, and the total bill for two people was around HK$600, which could be offset by a ¥100 meal voucher from the package. The desserts and breakfast were a bit simple, but filling. It's definitely worth coming back!

The front desk concierge was very friendly and promptly helped us with any issues. This package also included a 20-minute photography session; the photographer was skilled and thoughtfully guided us through various poses. We were very satisfied with the photos we received.

The service was very attentive. Even though our appointment was quite late, everything was still arranged perfectly. The photography service was also excellent; our photographer, Liu Liu, arrived on time and was very thoughtful, proactively suggesting how we should pose for photos. It was a great experience!
