Things to do in Shibamata

finally managed to go up the skytree. wow it’s worth it. great experience, took lots of photos. believe it or not, the views on tembo deck is much better than views on the tembo gallery. there’s also multiple cafes, I ordered something to drink. good experience, worth it

Was a perfect way to spend an evening. We loved all the different jellyfish and sea life. There was a bench you could sit and watch the penguins from above which was lovely. Staff were super friendly, overall a wonderful way to spend some time

amazing experience with our amazing host and performer. graceful and beautifully polite, memory made. highly recommend the for their professionalism and for spreads the true story of the geisha to break any misconceptions. Minato, our guide, was very helpful. overall fantastic experience.

Enjoyes the audio-visual effects plus the gentle movement of our seats. We recommend this activity

It was very fun and worth it! I was nervous as they drive on the other side of the road and the last time I drove a motorbike was decades ago! The guides gave us very clear instructions, let us test the vehicles, and waited for us when we were left because of stop signs. Eventually, I forgot that I was nervous and I actually enjoyed the ride! Thank you!

bottled water and costumes included. fun mix of busy and quiet streets, great tour and felt safe in Tokyo roads

I was lucky enough that there were just the two of who booked it in the morning and we were so lucky to have them all by ourselves. I have a medium sized dog and made me miss her so much in this travel but having big dogs makes it extra big and fluffy and all their dog glitter was so fun!It was exciting to play with everyone but I got close to one of the dogs. They are big and goofy dogs and very playful. The Samoyed was definitely vocal, the goldie was very good and obedient and knows a lot of tricks. The St. Bernard was floofy and plops flat on the floor. The mixes which I adore are very loving. The dogs were very trusting and they all do the prettt poses when they lay down on the floor. How I wish I made it into 2 hours as I can play with them even for a whole day!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! My daughter and I had the best time at this workshop, and the hosts were some of the kindest people we met during our trip to Japan! They were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful as they guided us through making two beautiful hair clips. They even went above and beyond, taking extra time so we could both make Japanese paper dolls dressed in kimonos, which was such a special and unexpected addition! We also enjoyed delicious refreshments, and their warmth and hospitality made the entire experience even more memorable. The shop itself was absolutely adorable, with such a charming and welcoming atmosphere. We left with beautiful handmade souvenirs and memories we’ll cherish forever. Such a unique and creative way to experience Japanese culture. We cannot recommend this workshop enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable samurai experience — truly one of a kind If you’re visiting Japan and want something beyond typical tourism, Shidenryu is an absolute must. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth. The team is deeply passionate about preserving samurai culture, and that passion is felt throughout every moment. The training was both physically engaging and deeply meaningful. The instruction was patient, clear, and encouraging — this is an authentic experience led by people who have dedicated their lives to this art. I left with incredible memories and a profound respect for Japanese martial tradition. The kind of experience that stays with you long after you return home. To the team — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Hope to see you again someday!
