The tour had throughly introduced the processes of making Sake, explained what's the difference between different type of Sake. This make a person like me who had no experience with Sake found interesting. The instructor, Miyuki had been patient and helpful within the whole tour. Will 100% come back for the advance tour if we are coming back to Koyoto.

The tour girl Yumi is wonderful, during the tour, she share us the information about The Yamazaki Distillery and also the local information and other related history. Very lovely tour, will 100% join again if we coming back to Kyoto

Sachiko san attended to us and brought us to the Asahi museum and the Yamazaki Distillery Factory. She is very professional, well versed in English and attentive to us. Throughout the experience, she showed great care in explaining to us in English and ensuring we really understood and enjoyed ourselves.

Yesterday’s sake tour was a highlight of our trip! A huge thank you to our guide, Mai, for the insightful tour. She broke down the complexities of sake into easy-to-understand tips that we’ll definitely use in the future. If you're looking for a great local experience, this is it!

Both the art museum and the Yamazaki Distillery tour are well worth participating in. During the distillery tour, the saccharification tank and distillation room are especially worth a visit, the aroma is captivating. Our guide, Woohee-san, was very attentive, and upon hearing that it was my father's birthday trip, she even gave him a small birthday gift at the end. Thank you.

We had Aya as our small group tour guide, and she was funny and amazing! The art museum was a nice add-on and seeing some Monet was the unexpected bonus of the tour. Though Aya doesn’t drink, she is super knowledgeable about the Yamazaki history and whisky. She was also super kind walking us to our subway station while we are back in Kyoto. Overall, it was a great and memorable experience!
