A great hotel, newly decorated, very clean, friendly staff, great location, downstairs you can go shopping at the department store, eat pork chops and go shopping at the electronics store. The hot spring public bath is also very clean and comfortable, a good hotel that I really want to stay in again

This is a great hotel. You can see Kumamoto Castle at night and during breakfast, you can also see Kumamoto Castle. The breakfast is very delicious. Great value for money.

Very satisfied, the hotel is on the 9th floor and the view of the high-rise buildings is super beautiful! It is right next to the station and there is a mall below, highly recommended

There is free parking and there are many parking lots nearby. Please pay attention to the check-in time. It seems that 10 o'clock is the last time. We almost missed it.

Had a wonderful stay in The blossom. The staff who worked there were excellent and the room was comfortable . Everything was up to scratch.Fantastic !

Very convenient, close to Shin-cho Station and a large bus station! There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs! The room is of moderate size, convenient for a family to stay, free drinks are provided, and the staff are very responsive and enthusiastic!

The surrounding area is very lively and close to Kumamoto Castle. You can walk to shopping. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and there is a delicious breakfast.

Love this hotel! Strategic location as it’s located just 2-3mins walk to the famous shopping street Shinshigai and also a famous mall called Sakuramachi where you can find a huge Kumamon bear! Staff were super friendly and helpful, they even help us navigate through where and how to park our car. If you’re driving, I suggest you park at the hotel parking because the fees is not much difference from parking outside, besides there’s a staff to assists you. Another thing I’ll like to highlight is their breakfast, cost only 1800JPY for adult and they serve both traditional Japanese breakfast and intercontinental breakfast. Super delicious! I would stay at this hotel again for my next trip!
