The itinerary is reasonable, the accommodation environment and dinner are good, the tour guide (Zhi Ting) is professional and responsible, very enthusiastic ~ It is worth recommending ~ If the number of rest times on the return trip can be reduced once more, the time to return to Tokyo may be earlier ~

This is my first time to participate in your company's travel program and I am very satisfied. The tour guide is very responsible, the explanation is very clear, and every itinerary is arranged to perfection. The tour bus and accommodation arrangements are very good. After participating in your company this time, if we have the opportunity, we will definitely choose your company and will introduce it to relatives, friends and friends. I would like to thank your company and sincerely thank the tour guide. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you again next time. Thank you!

## Tourist Review A tour with a tight schedule due to long travel times, but it was definitely worthwhile thanks to the stunning scenery! A special shoutout to our talented tour guide, Ashley, who was exceptional at translating and accommodating everyone's needs throughout the trip. We were very lucky to enjoy beautiful weather on both days. On the first day, we spent about three hours at Kamikochi, which I felt was a bit too short if you want to explore all the beautiful lakes there. You would need at least 1.5-2hours if you want to visit the Myojin Pond from Kappabashi Bridge. More time in that area would have been ideal. After visiting Kamikochi, we took the bus to the Shakespeare Hotel and spent the night there. It had a cozy, antique vibe. While the basic amenities were sufficient, the furniture and facilities were a bit outdated and probably required some maintenance. It was also quite inconvenient that we couldn’t reach the staff at night. We woke up early at around 5 AM and traveled to Tateyama the next day. It was breathtaking! Arriving early helped us avoid the crowds, which was a thoughtful arrangement. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend this tour to others!

The scenery at Kamikochi is beautiful and pure, which is amazing. Unfortunately, it rained on the day we arrived at the snow wall, which dampened our mood. We took some quick photos and then went back indoors. The tour guide on this trip was a little inexperienced. When we arrived at Taisho Pond, he let us off the bus first, then found that there was snow and it was difficult to walk, so he hurriedly drove everyone back to the bus. However, this could have been avoided by confirming the departure of the group a few days before. I didn't even know that the hotel I stayed in the mountains provided dinner and breakfast. Seeing the tour leader busy managing 4-50 partners from all over the world, I felt worried for him. I suggest that if travel agencies want to send an inexperienced tour leader, they can send one more person to reduce the burden. But I still want to thank the leader of this trip for doing his best to ensure that everyone got up the mountain safely and returned home happily.
