Our tour was on a Monday and we had Dave as our guide. The tour itself was great. We started the tour at monkey park. I do wish we had the option to arrive there earlier to beat the crowd, and enjoy walk to the park. But if you’re patient enough, you can get a good spot to see the monkeys in the hot springs. Before heading to the shrine, we stopped for lunch and let Dave picked. So glad he picked, it was delicious soba. Then we arrived at shrine. The walk along the tree lines felt ethereal and majestic, especially with the snow. Now about our tour guide, Dave really made the whole day super enjoyable. He arrived promptly and warmly. Dave was a wonderful tour guide. He lives locally, and pointed out fun local spots. At each location, he was very patient with us. Went above and beyond when taking our photos. Loved this tour.

this was a fantastic trio of villages to visit, especially in winter. Gokayama is quiet and otherworldly! The paper washi making was super fun, our guide and driver were consistent and reliable, the car itself was comfy, and the scenery between places was absolutely breathtaking. definitely worth paying the money to get to experience the immense beauty of this region without the hassle of driving or getting around via other methods.

Our driver mr 神藤志良 is such a nice and understanding driver, we enjoyed chatting with him along the way, and he is very attentive to our needs. highly recommended if you have young kids travelling with you as it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. he recommended us nice spots and also a nice place for lunch as it was our first time in Japan. thank you so much!

I was very impressed with Next Tour's service for a 10-hour private Fuji tour. The team's coordination was excellent; they created a chat group in advance to confirm the itinerary and contact numbers. Our driver, Mr. Shrestha, arrived before the scheduled time, was very polite, and drove smoothly and safely. Even though it rained on the day of our tour and the weather wasn't ideal, making it difficult to see Mount Fuji clearly, Mr. Shrestha made an effort to take care of us and helped us check in at various spots. He communicated well in English, which made the trip very smooth. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan with family or friends.

Very beautiful vehicle, leather seats, clean and comfortable . Driver was excellent, very respectful, quick to respond to all of our texts as we were nervous about our first experience mainland Japan. I highly recommend this driver and the service to anyone seeking to have a perfect experience.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Mr. Ge from Shanghai. He's been in Japan for 25 years and is familiar with tourist attractions. Originally, our third day was just going to be spent shopping in Shibuya in downtown Tokyo, but after talking with him, we learned that the Harry Potter museum in Nerima Ward could be explored in 4 hours. We immediately changed our itinerary, which really added to the memories of our trip. We've been to Tokyo Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, and the Harry Potter museum. I really recommend a trip to the Harry Potter museum. It's more relaxing than amusement parks where you're constantly waiting in line for rides. The immersive experience throughout the entire area is great, with so much to see and rich content. The surrounding commercial area selling merchandise is also very interesting, unlike the single area at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka.

My group of 6pax have enjoyed our 2D1N tour of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we were especially fortunate to have such an excellent guide in Ms Zhang, 张静娟. Our itinerary was well scheduled and Ms Zhang's detailed explanation of the places that we're visiting is clear and precise. She has also advised us of the nice local food that we should try. The 6 different transportation is an experience as we crossed the Alps and the mountains to reach the snow walls. The highest point of the wall was 11m, unfortunately, it was raining when we reached the snow wall, our photos was alittle blurry and wet but our excitement has compensated for the weather 😂

My experience at Hakuba skiing was perfect from the moment I made the reservation. I booked the lessons well in advance, and the email communication was extremely efficient. They even created a group chat to confirm everything before we left, which made me feel very reassured. We originally booked the Tsugaike lessons, but the instructor suggested switching to Iwatake because we were complete beginners and the slopes are more suitable for beginners. This decision proved to be very wise! The terrain at Iwatake is very beginner-friendly. This 6-hour course was like a "crash course": We not only learned how to do front and back edge sliding, edge changes, and falling leaf, but we even unlocked straight running! The instructor was very patient and explained the theory in a simple and easy-to-understand way, making the potentially dull movements easy to grasp. Most touchingly, when we went down the mountain, we realized we had left our backpack at the top. After leaving, the instructor returned to help us contact the ski resort staff to find it and even drove us back to the hotel. We are so grateful! I would definitely give it a 10/10.
