Overall was a very good experience where it started by choosing the hakama with the professional opinions from the staffs. the overall process is quite fluent and efficient. It will be held during ButterBear 🧈🐻collaboration period in the first half of 2026. This is the only place in Japan where you can experience ButterBear, so I highly recommend it. There are also many thrilling rides, and it's the only place in the world where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji!🗻

I had a great time in this tour. Everything is well-organized, starting from the reminders, directions and up to our lunch. I highly recommend booking this tour if you want to get the most of your Mt. Fuji day tour.

Ropeway/cable car starts at 8.30 and it's worth getting there early to beat the long lines caused by tour groups who started arriving around 9.30am. Views as you move up the ropeway were breath taking. A beautiful clear day with spectacular views across the lake and surrounding areas. Once you are at the top there are multiple areas to view and photograph Mt Fuji (and you can never get enough photos of Fujisan can you?). There is also a shrine, tori gates, souvenir shop, toilets, postbox, snacks, ice cream etc. and giant swing= 500 Yen per person , not included in ticket price but great fun! Lots of photo ops and if you want a professional photographer (if you want and extra cost). Great value and i can only imagine what it would look like in spring (blossom time). The great thing about going on this in winter are the crystal clear skies and much greater chance of Fuji 'not being shy'. Recommend with an early start!

The tour was well organised. The 2 guides, Keiko and Akari were helpful throughout the trip. The only setback was the meet up location in the morning at Tokyo Station, try to set off early and have ample time to locate them.

Kousei was a great tour guide, very passionate. The tour itself was very enjoyable too we managed to visit quite a few famous sites within a day. View was stunning and the weather thankfully was good. Totally recommend!
