Enjoyable experience staying in EQ - amicable staffs and wonderful facilities like the salt room and steam room. However, buffet was rather lackluster and the swimming pool was dirty - there were debris floating in the pool that got stuck onto my body. Hope EQ could improve on these aspect to remain as the top hotels in KL.

Got a great deal when i bought this through klook prior to opening of the land border after covid. Awesome hotel, one of the best I stayed in all the countries I travelled. The carpark feels safe as always see security guard patrolling and there is a guard at the carpark entrance to ensure only guest with gantry pass enter.

Love the sauna and steam facilities. 24 HR gym and heated small pool. Small hiccup at check in, took surprisingly looooonnnngg time to juz check in. The staff is a new girl so maybe that's why. And we've stated in the booking prefer KL Tower View but obviously no one read it.
