one of the best hotel in KLCC. fantastic service from all staff. the only thing is that the room is a bit old. doesn’t have a USB-C outlet.

overall good location w direct link to KLCC. check in staff Nurin was most helpful and efficient. lobby is on the top floor so need to go up and take another lift to go to the rooms. some food like the nasi and char kway teow r nice. porridge portion was shocking ; so little in a large bowl.

overall good with a direct link to KLCC for all shopping and many food options nearby. room service needs improvement - inconsistent in portion size. Check in is on level 39 so u need to go up then take another lift to go down to your room.

Five star hotel very comfortable. Walking distance to the twin towers but Pavilion is further out. There are pedestrian walkways joining all the major buildings and malls around the area.
