Good location and comfortable room. The lift from Pavillion linked to hotel which very convienent. The hotel breakfast also served handmade roti canai.

very nice hotel …. have a link to pavillion mall very convenient for guests … accomodating staff … no need to tip baggage handlers since they took care of the baggage before check in …

Our stay was truly memorable, and the service exceeded our expectations. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff response was also very fast. When we requested drinking water, it was delivered to our room in less than 5 minutes. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient with easy access to many places, especially Pavilion Mall, which was incredibly close and easy to reach. We would also like to give special appreciation to the housekeeping team, especially Hery, and his supervisor, Hafiz. They were extremely friendly and thoughtful. They even created various towel animals to welcome us, which made our stay feel even warmer and more special.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The hotel is conveniently connected to Pavilion Mall, and other nearby malls like Starhill and Lot 10 are also easily accessible. The staff provided good service, and my room, which had a city view facing the Royale Chulan Hotel, was pleasant. Although the breakfast was average and I had an issue with my Klook booking—where the hotel did not accept it, requiring me to pay on site—I’m still waiting for a refund from Klook. Despite this, the hotel experience itself was positive and met my expectations.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was renewed almost each day. Stay was however marred by cigarette smell in room on one of the nights.

The place connects directly with the Pavilion Mall so it is really very convenient for people who wanted to stay at the prime area of Bukit Bintang. My husband and I feel extremely safe walking back to the hotel past midnight. Wished that we have booked for a longer stay instead. Would love to try their buffet if given the chance to next round.

Nice location with walking distance to Pavilion KL. Clean and nice room. Just some trouble when driving to the lobby

Walking distance to Pavilion, worth the price staying here. Just have to drive more cautious when arriving to the lobby as it’s located at corner of the road side

strtegically located.. execellent customer service.. grand oasis room was awesome.. shower area and toilet area are seperated which is a plus point for me.. breakfast was good.. worth the price.. will definitely come back..
