Charming resort hotel with very hospitable and warm service staff from front desk to restaurant. We got a room with a view of the courtyard and swimming pool. Quality food is served at breakfast, although a little lacking in variety. Tried the restaurant food for dinner on two nights which turned out to be enjoyable and delicious. Pool water is cloudy and needs better maintenance.

Great hotel. All the staff were warm and friendly and the room was very comfortable. However, there were some areas that we were not very satisfied with: - Room given (105) was too far. It was all the way at the end of the hotel and far from all amenities - Breakfast spread was disappointing. Mostly indian food - nothing against Indian food but felt like the hotel was too focused on providing the cuisine to suit the tour group that was there. It would have been better if the food was more international or even better if it is local Bali/Indonesian food. Guests are international and not just Indians. We are here for the local food and not Indian food. - Unable to find any yoga schedule or hotel activities schedule online so we were very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel and realised we missed the yoga activities.
