MU hotel staff service are good. Polite and able to answer when ask question. Location near airport and food place. There is shuttle bus service to few of the tourist attraction.

Mu Hotel is our choice accommodation whenever we are in Ipoh. The place is pleasant, clean and simple. Love the pleasantness of the counter staff and also the driver. We enjoy the morning breakfast too. Thank you all for serving us well.

clean and spacious room.near best dimsum and food stall . staff were very accomodating. you can request free hotel transfer directly in their page. The hotel driver was very accomodating .

Very recommended! The room is so clean and comfortable. Lobby also very fragrance smell and make customer felt excited to stay. Breakfast also delicious even not much of choices but I really enjoy. But just basement parking need to upgrade, there's no security guard and I think stranger can go to basement parking. Just feel insecure on that. Parking a bit creepy on the night. The place is near to Gerbang malam and Ipoh Night Market and also Concubine Lane.
