We had a great stay at Comma Boutique Hotel! We really appreciate them considering our request for a higher floor. The staff were kind and accommodating. We loved the room we chose—it was clean and comfortable, and the massage chair was a lovely bonus. The lounge was such a nice touch, perfect if the room wasn’t ready yet or if you’re waiting after checkout before leaving. We would definitely consider staying again.

simple no frills stay . 2 staff was very helpful but I forgotten to ask for their name(one of them curly hair wearing glasses). but 2 other not so friendly staff too. overall clean n decent stay with excellent location, do mind coming back.

The hotel is highly recommended. Staff is available 24hrs. They're all nice and accomodating so that's really a plus for me. Everyday, garbage is taken out, towels are replaced and they provide water bottles. There's a pantry with massage chair on the 15th flr and a laundry area on the 2nd flr. I just hope they also clean the underside of the bed and the AC as it was a bit dusty. Didn't have time to discuss it with the staff as it wasn't that bothersome and we were out most of the time but something that I believed is being overlooked and could be improved. I lost the pictures I took of how the room looked when we arrived so I took pictures before we left that's why the garbage bin is full. Location is near the Ximending Night Market but far enough for you to still have a good night sleep. I'd choose this hotel again if ever we go back to Taiwan. 🙂

Well, we actualy left our steaming Iron in our room after the check out. However, they insist that their housekeeper did not find any.They should have investigate but no action. If they have thrown it away, it’s fine but not telling the truth is a nono for me! Also, we had bed bugs since we arrived until we check out. we tell them but no action & ddnt even do anything.

A relatively new but small hotel located only a couple meters from a subway station. The room we booked was kind of small, so we paid extra for a bigger one, with balcony overlooking the city, which is very nice. The staff in general was mostly pleasant and friendly. However, the one we met on the first day told us some confusing info about the extra charge for a bigger room, which led me to a low score on service level.
