We loved the place the moment we stepped in and we had a great stay. The breakfast is great and the pool was our favourite.... We also enjoyed the private beach its clean.
We were in a group of two families and all of had great time

This hotel is very recommended and near from everywhere except atm need to walk for 500m. Very clean, room so amazing comfortable and I like their aircond bc its very cold. The tv also entertaining has good channels while you enjoy the room, the swimming pool also clean and the breakfast very good food. Recommended hotel for everyone.

Mercure is a nice hotel to stay. It is clean, comfortable bed and good amenities. There is a balcony and our room is overlooking an open space field. The mini bars comes with 3 free drinks. There is a water purifier drinking water tap for your drinking water. The hotel is near to the main Cenang beach, walking distance, where there are Transformers & fire dance in the evening. Lots of food stalls & souvenirs shops too! Nice place to stay in Langkawi!

the room is clean and comfy. the bedroom is quiet big and what I like the most is the pool! its infront the sea so we can watch the sea while swimming. the place also provide kid pools and my niece love it! they provide kid slide. Breakfast buffet not a lot of choice, but still good to keep you full.

Absolutely mind blowing, loved the experience of a Villa, I got a swimming pool view room. With access to private beach. Airport is just 5 mins ride. They have a microwave oven, a fridge, ans everything you need. They have leased a restaurant to a third party vendor as well hence its a perfect 10/10 for me. Thanks Shah (as he wanted to be called after SRK) for everything, you were absolutely awesome. People should take training from you on customer service, 2000/10 . Thanks again
