Enjoyed soooo much with Family, so that i extended my stay. now i move to other hotel but still miss pelangi so may be i return

We absolutely loved our stay at Parkroyal Langkawi! 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Compared to the one in Penang, we felt the team here was much more proactive and attentive. They really made us feel right at home. A big thank you for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared for us — it was such a sweet touch and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! 🎂✨ The whole stay was so comfortable and relaxing. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and we chose an ocean-view room where we could watch the sunset right from our room — it was amazing! 🌅 Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

The environment is beautiful, but the weather is like a temperamental child; one minute it's scorching hot, the next it's a torrential downpour with strong winds that make the room's wooden structure creak. The staff's service attitude is very friendly and excellent.

Toilet ventilation could be improved as if cause higg condensation to the room making the floor and walls wet the after shower.

So enjoy the trip. It is very clean and peace villa, room is spacious even the bathroom, love the vibe so much. Enjoy the morning walk around the villa.

a surprise value add as given ticket to splash out for sea sport theme park. breakfast spread consider good. hotel room is reasonably clean but can improved. TV not working and other guest also complain.
