We had a wonderful stay at Pelangi Beach Resort Langkawi! The resort was beautiful, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and were very happy with the overall experience. A special thank you to En. Nas, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His assistance and warm service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Having a good experience with my family easy to access shopping nearby

The hotel room comfort was good, but some sea view rooms will have their sea view obstructed by a building under construction in front. Even on the eighth floor, our view was blocked. The room carpet was very dirty, with many stains, which made it quite uncomfortable to look at. I recommend replacing it. Additionally, we left a camera case at the rooftop pool and couldn't find it when we went back at night, as the pool staff had already left. Since we were leaving Langkawi the next morning, we asked the front desk to contact us about it, but we never received any follow-up. This aspect of the service felt lacking. The breakfast service was quite good, and some of the dishes changed daily.

We absolutely loved our stay at Parkroyal Langkawi! 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Compared to the one in Penang, we felt the team here was much more proactive and attentive. They really made us feel right at home. A big thank you for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared for us — it was such a sweet touch and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! 🎂✨ The whole stay was so comfortable and relaxing. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and we chose an ocean-view room where we could watch the sunset right from our room — it was amazing! 🌅 Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

The environment is beautiful, but the weather is like a temperamental child; one minute it's scorching hot, the next it's a torrential downpour with strong winds that make the room's wooden structure creak. The staff's service attitude is very friendly and excellent.

Toilet ventilation could be improved as if cause higg condensation to the room making the floor and walls wet the after shower.

room was good but theee is no Indian option in breakfast.lot of Indian tourists there but Indian food not serving. location is good

The location of the resort is just 10 minutes away from the Chenang jetty. Hospitality is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
