Great location. Wonderful staff and clean

I got food poisoning from their food!!

Breakfast (buffet) was very good with a variety of dishes. Shuttle service was also very professional and fast. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. There was enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere on the territory of the hotel.

The resort was beautiful and the amenities fabulous! The pool along with the private beach was gorgeous. The spa was also a beautiful experience. We stayed in the rainforest chalet so be prepared for ants on the bed etc. The room was clean and the minibar stocked daily. The only con is the resort is a bit further away from main tourist areas (25-30) mins drive. On the other hand, it is very close to the Skycab!

Beautiful wooden cabin set among forest but overlooking the beautiful beach. We had a lovely room always clean. Nice gesture of fruit on first day. Also fantastic free mini bar . Stunning setting saw lots of monkeys lizards etc. I loved the mountains and sky cables in the distance. Wonderful Malaysian hospitality. It’s very quiet around the area no shops or restaurants to speak of only the village at the bottom of Sky bridge. Which is walking distance although they run a shuttle. It’s shuts at 7 pm I would definitely stay there again. Thinking of bring my family for my 60th in 2028 .

Beautiful property and setting. The rainforest chalet we had was sea facing with great views.Bedroom was clean and nice furnishings and bathroom ok but old scratched sink and shower cubicle needs new sealing . Loved the fresh fruit every day and mini bar topped up daily . Food was fantastic and great value for money . We loved the beach brasserie for breakfast as quieter and great sea view. The Boat house was handy for food and drinks and Anil and the other guys were great and service outstanding . Boat house though is scruffy and needs re painting and the chairs need replacing as rusty and old and some broken beach loungers.The beach is gorgeous but could do with litter picking daily to keep it beautiful All toilet areas need to be regularly fresh and cleaned . The staff in all areas were excellent and so helpful and chatty. Great Boutique shop that sold everything and lovely gifts and jewelry at good prices. We are looking forward to returning next year and hopefully the hotel will have had some areas refurbished and tidied up.

We had a rainforest chalet fairly near reception, we rarely stay in resorts so we don't really have anything to compare this too but we absolutely loved it. The room was lovely, they left a little present for our toddler which was a lovely touch. The minibar being stocked each day was fab too. Absolutely loved being in the rainforest, the wildlife was amazing and the free evening nature walk was a real highlight, the guide was so knowledgeable and very accommodating. The pool area was great, beach gorgeous with views to all the hills behind. It's quite remote so if you want to travel around you'd need a car but we got a grab easily up to oriental village when we ate a few times as food in the hotel is expensive. We got 3 meals and 3 drinks at oriental village for the same price as one meal in the hotel. Breakfast is wonderful though, so much choice. We used the beach restaurant for breakfast and were usually the only ones in there first thing. It seemed really quiet overall, not sure if it's usually like this or if we really lucked out!
