Things to do in Meiti Riverside Park

Good tour! Very informative and lots of trivia about Taiwan’s history. I liked Shifen and Jiufen a whole lot and will recommend getting this trip! Bring your umbrella/raincoat as it gets rainy spontaneously. Thanks to our tour guide Kate! 100/10

Very easy to book and use. Need to get a physical ticket at the ticket counter on the 1st floor. I went on a weekday to 89th and 101th floor. Unfortunately the weather became cloudy and rainy around the evening time so the view was not that great, however managed get few photos whenever the clouds dispersed. The tuned mass damper on 88th floor was interesting. In my opinion going to 101th floor is not worth it. It is quite small and made like a fern garden. Also the windows are of half length. 89th floor will have much better views with full length glass walls.

🌟 Positive Experience Feedback * International Atmosphere: We noticed many foreign travelers came to experience it, indicating the brand's cross-border appeal. * Excellent Reservation System: Fortunately, we booked a time slot in advance, avoiding long waits in line. The process was smoothly arranged. * Clear and Easy-to-Understand Instruction: Although the instruction was primarily video-based, the explanations were very clear, allowing even beginners to quickly get started. * Diverse Fragrance Selection: The site offered a very rich selection of fragrances, catering to different preferences. 💡 Suggestions and Feedback (Areas for Improvement) 1. On-site Flow and Layout * Equipment and Waiting Mechanism: The store currently has 4 fragrance stations, each accommodating 2 people (or groups). If there are many people or late arrivals, customers have to wait for others to finish. We suggest the store plan for a smoother on-site flow or provide information about waiting lists to make the waiting process more comfortable. 2. Olfactory Experience Aid * Suggest providing coffee beans: Olfactory fatigue can easily occur during fragrance testing. Although staff suggested smelling the inside of the wrist to alleviate this, actively providing coffee beans for customers to smell would be more substantially helpful in restoring olfactory sensitivity. 3. Perceived Differences Between 10ml Plan and 30ml Upgrade * Packaging and Customization Details: * The 10ml plan purchased through the platform only provides a drawstring bag for the finished product, with no outer paper box. * The sticker on the bottle cannot be customized (requires self-handwriting). These refined services are only available with the 30ml upgrade plan. * Suggestion for the store: We understand that different price points have cost considerations, but if the packaging quality for the 10ml could be slightly improved (e.g., by providing a simple, generic small paper box, or more exquisitely printed handwritten stickers), it would give customers attending the experience class a greater sense of ceremony and commemorative value when they go home!

Good place to spend a whole day. start from the top and work your way down. the collection is ordered from earliest period on the top floor, and later pieces on lower floors. public transport to get there is easy and cheaper then the sight seeing bus. there are so many pieces there you might want to come another day to see the rest. Do eat before coming here as there is only a small cafe that is constantly crowded. Besides their most popular pieces that people seem to like to view, you will find other pieces you will like I found the gate cups to be the ones I prefer over the popular pieces.

The studio was very easy to find, and the whole experience was well-organized. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone doing ring-making for the first time. The staff also made the process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, and I’m really happy with the ring I made!

the tour is very informative and entertaining! our tour guide is a cheerful lady who is also passionate and talkative. She gave an delightful presentation about the history of the brewery, along with Taiwan’s industrial history. The tour ends with a unforgettable experience of extracting beers as much as we want directly from the tanks, which tasted so fresh that nothing in the market can compare with. I highly recommend this tour to everyone who loves beer and happy drinks! Hoo-Tah-Lah!

August 23, 2026 (Sunday) Two years ago, when we visited, it was a sunny day. Today, the weather was very cool, with a light drizzle. However, because of the rain, the roller coaster was temporarily closed, which was a shame because we didn't get to ride it. We rode the Jungle Roar Treehouse (free fall), the pirate ship, the spinning teacups, the Galaxy Express (monorail), the Ferris wheel, the Happy Bumper Cars, and the Space Gyro. It was truly worth the price of admission! My most memorable experience was riding the pirate ship; it was actually very comfortable, and my daughter and I rode it twice. My son was glued to the sandbox and spent an hour and a half there. 😅 We didn't leave until it got dark (6:30 PM), and it was hard to say goodbye.

I saw an Instagram recommendation and learned that a new branch of Foot Forest Imperial Palace recently opened near Zhongshan Station, about a 15-minute walk from the MRT. Seeing Xiao Xianjin recommend Therapist 591, I wanted to come and try it out. Being my first time here, I was assigned to a private room, which offered great privacy. The air conditioning temperature could be adjusted, and an electric blanket was also provided. After the massage, Therapist 591 relieved the discomfort in my shoulders, neck, and legs. The pressure was fully adjustable, and they managed to target deep-seated soreness and adhesion areas I wasn't even aware of. They also helped with some simple stretching. Highly recommended! The restroom was also very clean. For the foot soak, there were three types of herbal bags to choose from, and the water temperature was adjustable. Facing the street trees, you can enjoy the view, and shorts are provided to change into for the foot soak. Although a staff member might not have paid enough attention, causing some water to splash out, the overall experience was still great.

I think we started at 2pm from taipei terminal, so we went down to the historical place and spent most of the time there. Then after we checked the time on the guide and waited for the bus to take us back to the main station. I really liked that they were also explaining in english about the places we passed by. The best part during this trip was for me was that I get to enjoy the ride during sunset which gave us the perfect city view and we also saw the taipei 101 light up. :))
