Megalong Valley tours

The tour guide Cumbria driver is very nice, helpful and friendly person. We enjoyed the journey to blue mountain and Leura as well as the featherdale wildlife. Good weather that can see the three sister at blue mountain clearly. Lunch and shopping for 1 hour at Leura was quite rush. The seat on the coach is a bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic day tour to the Blue Mountains, Phillip Island, and Featherdale Wildlife Park. The free koala photo was a highlight! Our guide, Leo, was hilarious and caring, explaining every scene in detail. Great value, well-organized, and truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Despite the bad weather, the overall experience was great and unforgettable. Million thanks to our tour guide Ms Katherine (Catherine) whom is so friendly & knowledgeable in sharing informations throughout the entire trip to blue mountain.

The session I've joined consisted of 6 pax including me and my friend. Although I am not Korean, I can speak a little Korean and guide Hyunjin Lee (이현진) was super considerate and friendly as he tried to speak slowly so that I could understand better. Obviously the whole tour was conducted in Korean but even if you cannot speak Korean at all, he will speak in English to you when it comes to the important parts. The timing for the tour was good as nothing felt rushed. Whenever we reach photo spots, the guide will help to take pictures (he takes very good photos and is passionate to help take good ones!). My friend and I are truly satisfied and enjoyed this trip very well. Highly recommended to join this tour! 이현진 가이드님 정말 감사합니다!! 덕분에 완전 좋은 추억 만들었습니다~~

Great tour experience even though we were unable to speak Korean, the guide was patient and friendly with us throughout the tour. Blue mountain was a fantastic experiences with us trying out all three scenic rides. Lincoln rock was also very impressive with the guide helping everyone to take photo at the edge of the rock with the best view.

Guide Kim Min-wook, also known as "Baldi" Guide, handles things smoothly, smartly, and efficiently, taking into consideration the local situation and other tour groups so as not to disrupt the tour. There were no hiccups during the trip, and we only went to the best spots in an efficient manner. I'm very satisfied, and if I bring my parents next time, I'd completely entrust the guiding to him. He's the best. Thank you.

The guide was extremely experienced and shifted the itinerary to save some time such that we could spend more time at the zoo and scenic world. He gave a commentary on the buildings we were passing on our way there, helped us get our koala picture taken asap, took extra care of the senior tourist who was on the tour, told us where we could get good picures. I really enjoyed the 3 cable rides. I wish we could go on each cable ride more than once.

The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guide was very diligent in explaining everything, even adding information about other travel destinations in Australia. However, because there were quite a few stops, it felt a bit rushed, especially at the highlight, the Blue Mountains. Basically, if you eat there, ride all three cable cars once, and walk through the rainforest, your time is almost up, and you might even be a little rushed. If you particularly like a cable car, you might not be able to ride it twice. The zoo was great, with many different kinds of cute animals. They also included a koala photo and a drink, and the tour guide even got some feed for us to feed the animals! Overall, this tour was pretty good and had great value for the money! I recommend it!
