First, go to the counter to exchange your ticket. It will be in the style of a wristband. The staff at the counter will then ask if you need a map and explain how many minutes each facility will take. They'll also let you know what time you need to catch the last ride, and you'll need to understand a little English. The staff on all three lines will also carefully explain the mountain views and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, it rained the day I went, and it was all fog, just a big white wall.

There was a slight miscommunication when exchanging the hop-on hop-off bus ticket, but a clearer clerk quickly came to help. It turns out you only need to use your English name to check the order to successfully collect it. The Blue Mountains Scenic World tickets were also successfully obtained by searching the order by name. The tickets are paper wristbands, and all people need to be present, and the ticket seller will help to put on the wristbands on the spot before entering. After that, all cable cars are entered by scanning the wristband.

The Blue Mountains are beautiful, but if you only buy Scenic World tickets, you'll need to arrange your own transportation or drive there. Finding transportation along the way can be a bit of a hassle. It might be easier to buy a hop-on hop-off bus ticket after exiting the train station, or purchase it as part of a day tour package.

The entire trip went smoothly, the process was easy and comfortable, and the tour guide was humorous and funny. Overall, it was good except for the issue of having to pay for breakfast separately.

This Blue Mountains day trip is really worth it! It's very convenient to depart from Sydney in the morning, and it saves a lot of worry not having to check transportation yourself. Seeing the Three Sisters in person is much more impressive than in photos, and the entire valley is truly spectacular when the weather is good. The cable car and small train at Scenic World are also very fun, a little exciting but very safe, and the scenery is great for taking pictures all the way. The zoo allows you to see koalas and kangaroos up close, the itinerary isn't too rushed, and the overall pace is very comfortable. The tour guide is also very friendly and shares a lot of interesting little stories ~~👍🌿🦘
