great experience! the driver was so calm and timely. inside the van there were mix nationalities. was great and having fun and taking photos. recommended!!!

Actually when I reach the place, it was under maintenance for almost 2 months. Good thing is you can discuss with Klook to get refund if you cannot enter to use the ticket. So, please check the schedule and annoucement on their official website.

The tour guide (Virginia) was incredible!!!! She was always looking after everyone in the tour. She also explained in detail all the different points of interests, locations, and she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this tour. it is totally worth it, you won’t regret it!! | ¡¡¡La guía turística (Virginia) fue increíble!!! Estuvo siempre pendiente de todos los integrantes del grupo. We were picked up in front of our hotel around 07:00 in the morning. Our driver, Qi, was very kind and helpful. With the nice weather, we had a wonderful day. On the way back, we were dropped off right at our hotel. Thank you for the well-organized experience.

Good and interesting experience to drive around the lake in a mini EV. pick up from main station was easy. Guide was knowledgeable and stopped at a few scenic spots and helped to record videos and took photos . these were later sent to us via air drop at end of activity . Do note that the price for klook is significantly higher than the price offered direct by the tour operator. I managed to appeal for klook best price guarantee which klook honour and refunded the difference in klook cash voucher .

Our tour guide, Xiao Yang, was very friendly, and the weather was pleasant with no harsh sun. We even got to see Mount Fuji! It was a bit of a shame that one of the facilities was temporarily closed for maintenance, but our guide immediately helped us switch to an alternative plan. We'll definitely try the KABA BUS next time!

I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. Mount Fuji is famously shy and often obscured by clouds or heavy mist. despite that, we enjoyed the whole trip. Our tour guide Devyn provided helpful trivias and need to know regarding the tourist spots. Will book again next time!
