Actually when I reach the place, it was under maintenance for almost 2 months. Good thing is you can discuss with Klook to get refund if you cannot enter to use the ticket. So, please check the schedule and annoucement on their official website.

La guia turística (Virginia) va ser increïble!!!! Sempre estava pendent de tothom del grup. També va explicar detalladament tots els diferents punts d'interès i llocs, i tenia molts coneixements i estava preparada per respondre a totes les nostres preguntes. Recomano moltíssim aquest tour, val totalment la pena, no te'n penediràs!!

We were picked up in front of our hotel around 07:00 in the morning. Our driver, Qi, was very kind and helpful. With the nice weather, we had a wonderful day. On the way back, we were dropped off right at our hotel. Thank you for the well-organized experience.

The weather was perfect, the itinerary was perfect, and even the timing adjustment was spot on. We visited the last two courses first, and that adjustment felt like a stroke of genius! To be able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, without any regrets—from Mount Fuji with a few clouds to the majestic Mount Fuji with all the clouds cleared away—it was such a perfect itinerary. Thank you so, so much, Guide Yoon! You constantly looked out for us, always trying to give us more information, providing detailed explanations so we could move ahead, and even the photo spots were perfect! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely pictures. It was wonderful that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I'll never forget the scenery of the lake with the swans. And to the bus driver, thank you so much for the Shine Muscat grapes. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. Thank you so, so much, Guide Yoon.

Our tour guide, Xiao Yang, was very friendly, and the weather was pleasant with no harsh sun. We even got to see Mount Fuji! It was a bit of a shame that one of the facilities was temporarily closed for maintenance, but our guide immediately helped us switch to an alternative plan. We'll definitely try the KABA BUS next time!
