Actually when I reach the place, it was under maintenance for almost 2 months. Good thing is you can discuss with Klook to get refund if you cannot enter to use the ticket. So, please check the schedule and annoucement on their official website.

We were picked up in front of our hotel around 07:00 in the morning. Our driver, Qi, was very kind and helpful. With the nice weather, we had a wonderful day. On the way back, we were dropped off right at our hotel. Thank you for the well-organized experience.

The tour guide (Virginia) was incredible!!!! She was always looking after everyone in the tour. She also explained in detail all the different points of interests, locations, and she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer all our questions. Mount Fuji is famously shy and often obscured by clouds or heavy mist. despite that, we enjoyed the whole trip. Our tour guide Devyn provided helpful trivias and need to know regarding the tourist spots. Will book again next time!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself.
