Mount Fuji & Gotemba Outlets Small Group Day Trip with Optional hotel pickup

Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

The day before departure, Mr. Kieki sent a WhatsApp message in advance to remind us of the meeting time and location! On the day of the tour, he was already waiting at the meeting point early in the morning! He greeted us very politely at the car. Along the way, he introduced various attractions! At each attraction, he clearly stated the meeting time and what we would be doing, which was very thoughtful! Unfortunately, it rained too heavily, and the mountains were covered in dark clouds, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji. The outlet mall was very large, and 3.5 hours wasn't quite enough, so it's best to go straight for what you want to buy! Popular brands had long lines, and paying took at least 15 minutes, but it was a great trip!

We really enjoyed our trip with Bruce! His van is very comfy and clean, I am a plus size and I feel very comfy. He was funny, friendly, and effortlessly switched between different languages throughout the tour! His humor and energy made the long ride much more enjoyable. Thanks for the very fun experience, Bruce! 👏🎉 A small reminder to fellow travelers: please be on time and observe van etiquette. A little consideration goes a long way in making the trip more enjoyable for everyone. 😊

Our tour was guided and driven by Brother Muyi, and the entire experience was very pleasant and thoughtful. Although the weather wasn't great and we couldn't see Mount Fuji, the itinerary included a shopping trip in the afternoon, so we didn't feel disappointed about missing Mount Fuji.

Today, our driver was Mr. Meng. He contacted us the night before to confirm the pickup time and was very polite. The itinerary was well-arranged, and he picked us up on time in the morning. We were also very happy to see 10% of Mount Fuji today. It was a wonderful day.
