Very punctual. The journey was smooth. There's a toilet in the bus. The bus stop is quite easy to find at Tokyo station. We left at 0950 and reached Lake Kawaguchi station at 11.50 am. Very convenient compared to taking trains. Just show your klook voucher to the bus driver.
Very nive bus, punctual and professional driving experience. BUT veware that location on Klook shows boyh Tpkyo and Akihabara. Correct one is Akihabara.
glad I found this. 've traveled to Kawaguchiko before via train but riding a bus is more convenient & less hassle. the time travel was almost the same. but with bus you'll just sit until you arrive to your destination. unlike with train that there's transfer & you need to navigate the station. and you're unlucky if you have a lot of baggage. the pick-up point is in Tekko bldg if I'm not mistaken. 2nd bldg next to Tokyo station in the south yeasu exit. thankful as well to mr. policeman who showed me the way, since I can't read the kanji well & google can't translate it accurately lol
Seat reservation process: simple and fast! We quickly received a confirmation message. We chose to board in Ikebukuro, and they arranged for us to meet in front of a hotel (about a fifteen-minute walk from the station). After boarding, we realized the bus's next stop was near Ikebukuro Station. It would have been better if we could have chosen the boarding location more carefully. The included transportation service: the bus interior was clean and spacious, and it even had a restroom. We reached our destination in about two hours. Before arriving, the driver would remind you to wake up.
Super relaxed bus ride, better and cheaper than the train. Better to take the bus, also for the return trip, saves time and nerves. The bus stop in Akihabara is also there, not in Tokyo Station.
Redemption Guide: The queuing location was unclear, and the bus stop sign already had too much information, compounded by the large crowd in front of Kawaguchiko Station. We queued in front of the sign, but because there was more than one bus picking up passengers at the station at the same time, our bus parked further back, causing some confusion in the line. Additionally, the confirmation email was just plain text, and the driver had to verify each person's seat and name. We suggest using a scanning method to make the process smoother. Transportation Service Included: The ride was comfortable and quickly got us back to Ikebukuro.
Recording online purchases of tickets is easy and convenient. The bus stop is next to JR Akihabara Station, but the actual location takes a little time to find. Just look for the place with the most people queuing up. You can also buy a simple breakfast at the convenience store next door. Please arrive by 10:15 AM. Just show your Klook order to the driver for verification and you can board the bus. Seats are assigned. Large suitcases can be placed in the storage space under the bus. The journey takes about two hours (if there is no traffic jam) and there are no rest stops in between; it goes directly to Fuji-Q Highland, and it's a 10-minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station.
easy to find and navigate. the timing is on the board so u can check where to board. I think the bus have a toilet as well. it would be better if there is a voiceover after the bus driver speak so that we can understand.
Very convenient! No need to worry about not having any tickets to go to Tokyo on the day. You can arrange your itinerary in advance. Just confirm with the counter and bus driver before getting on the bus.
We chose the earliest time to depart from Tokyo Station, so we were walking at 4:05 AM. Even so, it was very easy to navigate using Google Maps and by asking the staff around. We were able to find our location before our appointed time, and we also got to Kawaguchiko at the time stated in the booking.
