Opera House tours

Wonderful day trip. It was a long day due to travel time there and back, but it was worth it. We had a great guide, and the transportation was well-organized and comfortable. The boat was excellent, with lunch, kayaking, swimming, and beautiful surroundings. The golf cart ride across the island to the cave and museum was also a lot of fun. It was nice that it was small-scale and not overly touristy.

Wow, what a fantastic experience, to sit on the back of a scooter and be part of the traffic, and not just watch it from the sidewalk. It felt very safe to ride with Tera and her friend. It was also a great pleasure to hear them, as locals, explain more about the sights we passed on the trip. Tera's story about Thich Quang Duc in particular touched me a lot. Thank you so much for teaching us a little about Ho Chi Minh Tera 🙏🇻🇳

We had a wonderful morning exploring Ho Chi Minh City with our guide, Penny. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We visited the Saigon Central Post Office, Independence Palace, and the War Remnants Museum. Penny shared fascinating insights into the history and culture of each site, making the experience even more meaningful. Unfortunately, the Notre Dame Cathedral was closed for renovations, but Penny ensured we still made the most of our visit to the area. The tour was well organised from start to finish. Our driver was punctual, friendly, and professional, and the private vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making it easy to relax between stops. This was a fantastic introduction to Ho Chi Minh City, and we highly recommend this Klook tour. If you're lucky enough to have Penny as your guide, you're in for a memorable and enjoyable experience!

We participated in this motorcycle tour this afternoon with Katee and Flower. They patiently waited for us in the hotel lobby and enthusiastically helped us handle an emergency, which took about ten extra minutes. They were extremely patient. This type of travel allows you to experience local Vietnamese traffic and everyday life from the back of a bike. We visited the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, Book Street, temples, and learned about the Vietnam War. The war section was truly shocking; regardless of whether the authorities were right or wrong, it is always the ordinary people who suffer. I hope the world will see fewer acts of plunder and aggression under various pretexts in the future. Afterward, we came to a very quaint coffee shop, where we had refreshing mango juice and snacks. Time flew by. Highly recommend this way of experiencing Vietnam! Thank you to our two guides. We were a bit pressed for time, but they were very patient and friendly, helping us out and chatting with us. A wonderful experience!

An unforgettable night in Ho Chi Minh City with Rae! I highly recommend this Ao Dai motorbike tour! It was definitely the absolute highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. My driver and guide, Rae, was amazing. She was not only an incredibly safe and skillful driver in the chaotic traffic, but also so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took great care of me throughout the entire tour and shared so many interesting stories about the city and local culture. Riding on the back of a motorbike in a traditional Ao Dai felt so special, and it’s the best way to experience the real vibe of Saigon. Thank you, Rae, for making this an unforgettable experience. I had a wonderful time with Trang, our tour guide. This tour was very worth it given the experiences you get — it is food, culture, scenery all-in-one. I was not able to capture all the scenes but it felt like we were able to see all of Hanoi. Being on a jeep made it more fun. Trang is very helpful and took lovely photos. I highly recommend this tour :)

This tour is good for elderly to sit in the cyclo and have a slow moving tour across some districts of hcmc as well as passing some of the famous landmarks. it has some stops at temples for toilet breaks and also stop at book street. overall a very good experience and it’s perfectly safe.

Since my hotel didn't offer pickup, I decided to go to the Hanoi Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury one, but it was acceptable. Before reaching Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite impressive. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet lunch was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The meal wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many tour boats dotted the sea, which was also a spectacular sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is an optional extra for an additional fee. On the way back, there was a cooking class on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a bit boring. However, it was a wonderful opportunity to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we stopped at another shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops were selling items that could also be bought in Hanoi, but at higher prices. These shops need to change. They should offer products that can entice tourists to open their wallets, at prices that are appropriate. That way, sales would likely increase. I bought another drink this time too. Our guide never pressured us. The guide was friendly and dedicated to their job. The price of a Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-range option. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide, who was with us all day!^^

Warm & rich experience in this walking tour session with Mina. She's kind and warm, and her knowledge abt hanoi is very interesting. Our group is small, only 5 people which make it easy to connect and stroll together around the tour spot. If you want to bring home not just photos, but real stories from Hanoi… this tour is a must.
