Hotels near Akihabara

It's small but well-equipped, and the surrounding area is very convenient for shopping! It's easy to get anywhere! The evenings are very lively!

The staff were friendly and spoke English pretty well. We had 3 twin rooms on 11th floor facing Tokyo Skytree which was nice. They changed the towels and emptied the trash everyday and we had the full cleaning of the room on one day out of the five nights. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillow too hard for my liking. However my family had no issue with it. The rooms were small but we could open a medium size luggage laying it flat by the window and another two large shopping bags by the side. I think a bigger room is needed if you have a large size luggage. Rooms were clean with strong air conditioning. We got used to walking the distance to the subways. It was about 15-20mins walk to Ueno. As we had an elderly in the group we took a private car transfer to Narita airport. I think it would be challenging to take the trains to the airport with those luggages, especially with kids and elderly.

The room is relatively small. The toilet is not fully functional. The location is strategic. Cleanliness: Poor Transport access: Good

Extremely convenient! There's a Starbucks, Muji, GU, Lawson, and Baskin Robbins right downstairs from the hotel. It's located directly above the subway station, and if you turn left out of the hotel entrance, you're right at the station, which also has tons of shops. Seriously, it's unbeatable! We stayed on the 15th floor, and the view was beautiful. We're very satisfied!

this hotel is great location, hotel staff were polite, and breakfast included. however. they don't provide water so you'll need to purchase separately. there's many convenience store nearby so not a worry

The hotel's location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the JR station's central exit. It's also very close to the Toei subway and the electronics district. Overall, it's a good choice. Hotel location:

This was the perfect place to relax at the end of our trip. So close to everything, the staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable with convenient and practical ameneties available.

Our first stay in a Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotel chain. Chose this branch as Ueno eas our homebase. Initially booked the room solo but since my daughter decided to come, contacted the hotel through A***a and got the paid room reservations modified to included the 2nd guest, with some add-ons, of course. BUT, at the price point when I first got this during the Klook sale event, still very, very affordable for a Tokyo hotel.
