Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza was a great experience overall. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What I loved most was the convenience of having direct access to FamilyMart, which made it so easy to grab snacks, drinks, or quick meals anytime.
