Very prime location with many big malls nearby, convenient stores, local restaurants and Hibiya station (only 200meters from the hotel). But the room is very small and not enough for 2 guests, even I well aware that Tokyo is very expensive but we really troubled with our lugguages in that small room (only 14m2).

10 mins walk from the subway. A bit difficult to find due to the lack of clear signboards. The hotel is clean and check in is very easy. The staff are very polite and helpful. We didnt like the smell of the body wash and shampoo. The room is small as expected but there is a massage chair. One of the staff made a mistake when we sent our luggage back to osaka via yamato transport, she sent it to the wrong branch which is close the next day since its holiday. We went to the other branch at namba to ask for help since the place where she sent the luggage was closed. It was also our flight the next day which made it really stressful.

A fantastic hotel, located in the heart of Ginza. Close to great restaurants, parks, train stations, and shopping. Staff were friendly, and could assist in English, which made things a lot easier, particularly when the air-conditioning needed to be switched from heating to cooling in my room. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay, and will definitely choose to book here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
