The staff were all very friendly. There weren't many options for breakfast, but that was fine since I had to catch a flight. The room was smaller than pictured on the website, but it was very clean.

This seems to be my first time using Klook to book a round-trip Skyliner ticket from Narita Airport to Ueno. It was very convenient; I just exchanged it directly at the Keisei Electric Railway service counter in Terminal 2. The only thing to note is that if you have a Tokyo Metro Pass included as a free gift, you'll need to go directly to a Tokyo Metro station ticket machine and scan the QR code to redeem it, which is also straightforward.

Buying Skyliner Airport Express tickets through Klook was an excellent experience! After purchasing, I quickly received a QR code. Upon arrival at Narita Airport, I simply scanned it at a self-service ticket machine to get my reserved seat ticket, completely avoiding any communication issues with counter staff. The entire process, from buying the ticket to boarding, was very smooth, saving a lot of time waiting in line. I highly recommend it to all independent travelers.

Purchasing Skyliner tickets on Klook is very convenient. You don't need to print a physical ticket; you just scan the QR code. However, you'll need to look for the ticket exchange counter once you arrive. We initially went to the wrong one. Make sure to compare it with the counter photo in the instructions; it has a blue sign that says "Skyliner."

The space is huge! You can easily lay out four 29-inch suitcases. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and the shuttle to the airport is super convenient, making it the top choice for early morning transit flights!

Every time I go to Kanto Airport, this is my go-to transportation option. It saves time and gets you into the city quickly. I highly recommend it to everyone.

it was easy to redeem and avail as well. I also bought the express train ticket to the airport in Seoul (Incheon) and it was easy to avail and use too. Next time will purchase 2 way ticket instead. TIP: You need to be on time to board the express train on the assigned timing you chose as the train leaves on time as well.

Highly recommended! The additional 24-hour Subway Ticket offers great value, especially if you're hopping between stations and using Tokyo Metro frequently throughout the day.
