Two days before the activity, I also received WhatsApp instructions and activity-related guidelines from the organizer. We departed on time on the day of the activity, and initially, I was worried about the weather, but our flight crew member, Nick, was very professional. He observed the weather, studied the flight path, and clearly explained the precautions we needed to take before, during, and after landing. The assistant, Brad, was also very professional and skilled. The whole process was very smooth, and we were able to see the dazzling sunrise and the beautiful city view of Melbourne. The entire activity lasted about 4 hours, with a flight time of about 1 hour, making it a very unforgettable experience.

Highly recommended! We met in the city center, and a private car took us to the estate. They allowed time for restroom breaks before the hot air balloon flight began. The entire process went smoothly, and we finished with breakfast.
