We had an amazing experience on The Great Ocean Road Tour! Our tour guide, William, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized throughout the entire trip. He shared interesting facts and stories about each destination, making the journey both enjoyable and informative. William ensured that everyone was comfortable, kept the tour on schedule, and gave us enough time to enjoy the beautiful sights and take photos. His positive attitude and sense of humor made the experience even more memorable. The Great Ocean Road is absolutely stunning, and having William as our guide made the tour even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melbourne. Thank you, William, for a fantastic day!

Tony was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave a thorough explanation throughout our whole 12 hours or so journey...it is such a delightful experience! Thank you for the memories!

Tony was great driving us along the Great Ocean Road and back on the big bus, serving as driver, guide, photographer and timekeeper. Spotted wild koalas along the way. Itinerary was well spaced out, right amount of time for photos at each stop. Lunch at Apollo Bay was great, too bad it rained after lunch so didn’t get to explore much. We reached the 12 Apostles at the right timing, bright and sunny. Unfortunately, it rained heavily at Loch Ard Gorge, but stopped when we were at London Bridge, though the sky had turned gloomy by then. Overall, would recommend this tour for those that don’t opt to self drive the Great Ocean Road.

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

I highly recommend this day tour! We met at 9 AM and returned to Melbourne city center at 9:30 PM. The itinerary was perfectly planned, and our driver and guide, Joe, was very professional and attentive. He personally led us at each stop, and while driving, he introduced the attractions in English. He's from Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. His English explanations were very detailed, and he's been in Australia for 25 years, so he drives very smoothly! We were very lucky to have such a great guide; he took individual photos for everyone at each stop and even recorded videos for us from the bridge when we rode the Puffing Billy train. He was also very friendly to the children! We traveled in a medium-sized bus, with about 20 people in our group. The first stop was the chocolate factory, where we had 40 minutes for unlimited chocolate tasting. The second stop was for wine tasting (optional, AUD 15 per person), lasting 30 minutes. We tasted 5 different wines, about two sips of each. I personally felt this optional activity wasn't necessary to experience; perhaps I'm not a connoisseur, as I didn't find anything particularly special about it. Next was lunch, where we stopped in a small town with options like McDonald's and Chinese restaurants (at our own expense). Most people chose McDonald's. We had 40 minutes for lunch. Our Puffing Billy steam train ride was at 2:15 PM. We were very lucky that the train wasn't delayed, and the weather was excellent. The ride lasted about half an hour. Seating position is crucial; sitting on the right side allows you to capture the beauty of the train! Unfortunately, the timing was tight, so we didn't have time to stop at the souvenir shop to buy postcards. After that, we visited Mary's Koala & Kangaroo Sanctuary. Unlike the city zoos, this one is smaller, but you can feed and touch the kangaroos up close. This is an optional activity, costing AUD 30 per person (group ticket price), and we stayed for about 45 minutes. It's definitely worth experiencing! Everyone had a great time. The last stop was the Penguin Parade, where we had an hour, which was plenty of time to watch. The penguins return to their nests in groups after sunset! It's recommended to find a good spot early for photos. Since it's located at the southernmost tip of Melbourne, the climate is a bit colder! Overall, the itinerary isn't rushed, but be prepared for long travel times. If you're lucky enough to have Joe as your guide, it will be a wonderful day!

Our tour guide, Curtis, was very enthusiastic. At first, he seemed a bit talkative, but he also gave us time to rest later on. The entire tour had plenty of time, and we never felt rushed, though some guests might have been a little late. The steam train experience was excellent; I was surprised we rode it for almost 45 minutes. I personally think most souvenirs aren't necessary to buy; it's better to use that time for photos and enjoying the scenery. When we went to see the penguins, I was surprised that the guide noticed I was wearing a skirt and asked if I was cold, even thoughtfully giving me a hand warmer. I'm not someone who gets cold easily, so I immediately gave the hand warmer to my friend who does. I highly recommend buying the deluxe seats because you'll be incredibly close to the penguins, almost within arm's reach, as you watch them come ashore and then return. It's absolutely worth it. Even more surprising was the sky full of stars; the scenery combined with the penguins was truly a perfect 100. Many thanks to the tour for this wonderful experience.

A fantastic trip! We were greeted By our driver John. He is exceptional and funny. Friendly and always joyful. Made the whole bus enjoyed the journey. Pick up time was early but it was worth it. Smooth journey. We really enjoyed this trip. Just be mindful and stick to the the time given by your driver. We had to be waiting for half hour in the bus by 2 girls post-ski. It will be good if every member of the bus plans their time well. Overall, John made it all better!! Thank you John!!

This tour worth every penny you spent. Driver and tour guide Evan is bilingual, he speaks in Mandarin and English. Evan is nice and informative. The itinerary and introduction of everything he provided is clear. we go puffing train railway directly, and spent 2hrs there including having lunch by ourselves. Taking the train is so much fun! If the weather is good, the view is super nice! We love it a lot. The train took around one hour from Lakeside to Belgrave. Then we headed to the Maru Koala animal park. Evan bought the group ticket for everyone, it costs $30 per person cheaper than the original price $33. The zoo has many animal, like kangaroos, white kangaroos, koalas, quokka, alpacas, dingoes, sheep and some reptiles. We can get so close with animal and take selfie, it was a great experience and we enjoyed a lot. Definitely will recommend this tour to everyone visiting Melbourne. The puffing train is one of the must do thing in Melbourne.

This trip was absolutely amazing!! Full of good vibes and the kindest people ever. I had the best time with this tour. My tour guide was Woody and he was so helpful the whole time ✨ Literally made the trip 10 times better. If I go on another tour with them, I’d recommend Woody to everyone I know!! 10/10!! PERIODTTT.
