We had an amazing Great Ocean Road tour with Mr. Philip! We visited the stunning London Bridge, Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Razorback, a wildlife park, forest highway, kangaroo farm and Apollo Bay. Every stop was breathtaking and well worth the visit. Mr. Philip provided exceptional service throughout the trip. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and kept the entire tour well-organized from start to finish. He shared interesting information about each destination and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, the timing was perfect, and everything ran smoothly. Thank you, Mr. Philip, for making our Great Ocean Road trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Everything is absolutely perfect. We didn’t expect to have this kind of trip and having a good value for money. The overall experience is good and we will try again to book a similar tour to recommend friends and family members. The overall experience is good. Our tour guide, Curtis, was very enthusiastic. At first, he seemed a bit talkative, but he also gave us time to rest later on. The entire tour had plenty of time, and we never felt rushed, though some guests might have been a little late. The steam train experience was excellent; I was surprised we rode it for almost 45 minutes. I personally think most souvenirs aren't necessary to buy; it's better to use that time for photos and enjoying the scenery. When we went to see the penguins, I was surprised that the guide noticed I was wearing a skirt and asked if I was cold, even thoughtfully giving me a hand warmer. I'm not someone who gets cold easily, so I immediately gave the hand warmer to my friend who does. I highly recommend buying the deluxe seats because you'll be incredibly close to the penguins, almost within arm's reach, as you watch them come ashore and then return. It's absolutely worth it. Even more surprising was the sky full of stars; the scenery combined with the penguins was truly a perfect 100. Many thanks to the tour for this wonderful experience.

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

Phillip Island is truly a mesmerizing place to visit. The tour guide was incredibly humorous, telling lots of jokes during the drive. He also shared interesting cultural and historical insights along the way.

It was a fun and enjoyable experience to visit those vineyards. Lunch location is a good pick. Chandon is not included in this trip but our guide is able to take you over there for self arranged lunch. Gin tasting is a wonderful experience too.

A fantastic trip! We were greeted By our driver John. He is exceptional and funny. Friendly and always joyful. Made the whole bus enjoyed the journey. Pick up time was early but it was worth it. Smooth journey. We really enjoyed this trip. Just be mindful and stick to the the time given by your driver. We had to be waiting for half hour in the bus by 2 girls post-ski. It will be good if every member of the bus plans their time well. Overall, John made it all better!! Thank you John!!

Overall, the tour was good, although the itinerary felt a bit rushed. There were so many places to visit, but not enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlights of our trip were definitely the rainforest tour and the Puffing Billy experience—they were absolutely superb! I’d also like to give special recognition to our tour guide, Mr. Joe Chan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by helping us take photos and videos, making sure we captured wonderful memories together. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Thank you, Mr. Joe Chan, for making our experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to you!
