for this booking, we hopped on the Cozy Olympus cruise. the places you visit are as mentioned in the itinerary. once you board, the guide will allocate a table for you/your group and you will use it for the entire tour. it is more of a self guided tour because the guide will not follow you to all the spots but rather explain to you on the cruise and inform you on the meeting time. if you are going in cold weather, do not bother swimming at tip top island (even though they provide towels). instead, push for the summit if your body allows as it is really steep and crowded. for luon cave, you can opt for kayaking but get ready to be hit by all the other 'bamboo' boats if you are unable to control your kayak. the food on board is decent and served in buffet style. beverages are not included in this package but are still relatively affordable(about 40 to 80k VND, cash only). you actually can get cheaper drinks on some of the islands.

My family and I really enjoyed this trip!!! Timing of all the activities for the day tour was perfect. Our leader Long was very entertaining to listen to and learn about the vietnamese culture, and guiding us too. We also stopped at a pearl farm and saw a live demo of extracting a pearly, which was really cool. The speedboat activity cost extra but very worth it with the banana boat ride too. All the staff was really friendly so we are very pleased with this tour!

Thank you to our guide Tom and his crew for providing us with an amazing experience and warm service to visit Ha Long Bay as a day trip with Diamond Era Cruise. We loved the delicious vegetarian Indian food and fresh lunch buffet with so many choices! My mom and I also enjoyed all the activities, best memorable day ever! Highly recommend as a day trip from Hanoi to experience beautiful Ha Long Bay with the most warm friendly guide, Tom and his crew! ☺️

Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!

We had an amazing time today on the cruise. Our guide T was amazing and very informative. We saw so much and enjoyd the itinerary a lo. definitely recommend as it is a very pleasant activity to do while in Vietnam.

not I expected for that boat, its a bit old but its well maintain inside, clean and comfortable, nice service tho. A well experience tour guide. An experience value for the price. Until next time when the weather is a bit warmer.

We had the best experience with our tour guide, Tu, and the amazing Halong Bay Ambassador Cruise. The tour started with round-trip transportation in a luxurious bus, and once we arrived in Halong Bay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea on the luxurious Ambassador Cruise. We also walked through limestone caves, played on the beach, and experienced canoeing, making it a very fun and fulfilling day. If you are considering several Halong Bay tours, you should definitely choose this one. The level of satisfaction is absolutely different. Also, our tour guide, Tu, was very knowledgeable and humorous, and he supported our family in a fun way. We are very grateful. Please visit Halong Bay and experience the Ambassador Cruise with Tu!

Everything is worth it from pick up till the end of the activity. Our pick up arrived earlier than the advised time. Our Guide, Bobby, is very jolly, well spoken, especially in English language. He explained everything clearly and he has a lot of talent😂 all of the activities are enjoyable. I will surely go back next time with my friends 🙂
