There was a litte miscomm in transport. However the experience at SpaLab was SUPERB. It was sooo good. We did Balinese massage and the therapist really work on our focus area of our body. The ambience was good and calming as well. Overall, the service was great. Highly recommended!

The consultation was quite thorough. The therapists made sure that our desired areas of focus were acknowledged and always made it a point to ask if we were comfortable with how they did the massages.

This location was closed for renovations, but I was guided to another spa called Taraspa. The massage was relaxing, and I went twice during my stay. Had an amazing experience at D Bintan Salon and Spa! My wife and I tried the Snow White body treatment after our ATV experience, and it was so relaxing and refreshing. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calming, and they even provided hotel transport which made everything super convenient. Definitely a must-try when visiting Bintan!
