There was a litte miscomm in transport. However the experience at SpaLab was SUPERB. It was sooo good. We did Balinese massage and the therapist really work on our focus area of our body. The ambience was good and calming as well. Overall, the service was great. Highly recommended!

Receptionist was very knowledgable and accomodating. She knew how to communicate to the therapist to adjust our massage to our personal preferences. Booked the tropical massage which was really good. Spa has a hair salon and shop selling clothes and accessories, nice to shop after the massage. Pick up and drop off to our hotel made it very convenient also. a 10/10!

Had an amazing experience at D Bintan Salon and Spa! My wife and I tried the Snow White body treatment after our ATV experience, and it was so relaxing and refreshing. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calming, and they even provided hotel transport which made everything super convenient. Definitely a must-try when visiting Bintan!
