Ms. Flower was incredibly helpful and spoke English very fluently, which made our experience very comfortable and easy. We came here for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Her warm service and kindness made our visit even more special. We truly appreciated her help throughout our stay. I had a great experience booking my trip to the Great Wall of China through Klook. Everything was well organized and the tour was smooth. At one point I accidentally got left behind by the bus and I want to give up, which was really stressful, but thankfully the staff and people behind the tour were so helpful and amazing. They assisted me right away and made sure I could still manage and continue the trip.
Despite that little incident, the team handled the situation very well and I truly appreciate their kindness and support. It turned out to be a memorable experience and I’m grateful for the help I received. Highly recommended! I won’t forget this trip and how beautiful Beijing is. Its my first time I saw a snow and touch it. I did not expect this trip because its a last minute decision. But God let me experience the desire in my heart to See the Great Wall of China! And see Beijing just One day. .Thank you God💕💕

as usual its easy to book in klook & easy access to the park,, although it was busy day but the line was smooth i enjoyed playing in all rides,, but the only problem was the shows & harry potter/ minions in Chinese language there is no English subtitle

Visiting the Forbidden City during Chinese New Year meant there were huge crowds. Despite that, the impression was a good one. The palace complex is very beautiful, and I enjoyed walking around the whole thing, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to the Hall of Treasures. Guidebooks said that two hours is enough to see it, but in reality, I spent about 3.5 hours. If you want to see the entire complex, the clock gallery, and the Hall of Treasures, I recommend allowing more time.

The Summer Palace was beautiful! Our tourguide Wendy was very fluent in English, and she was very friendly! A very sweet lady indeed. She has a lot of information to share about the Summer Palace, and she knows a lot of less crowded spots to take pictures. She can definitely set you up with a nice background. We highly recommend her, and don’t be shy to exchange your travel stories with her too!
