Located at Menara TA One right opposite KLCC, Envi offers sparkling city views that will make your meal taste two times better. We highly recommend sitting out on the terrace if the weather permits - you'll get to dine with a close-up view of the stunning Petronas Twin Towers right in front of you. They've got an extensive selection of over 50 homemade pizzas to choose from - you'd be spoilt for choice! Sip on wines or cocktails with your loved one here as you dig into delicious Italian fare, with a stunning backdrop of the KL Tower glittering over your heads.

9. Hanare Japanese Restaurant

Jann soars over the streets of Chinatown and is definitely one of our favourite yet underrated bars in the city! Delight your taste buds with original and inventive cocktails that pay homage to the culture and heritage of Chinatown - these concoctions include tinges of local flavours like rojak, haw flakes, and tau fu fah. With a pretty circular bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a killer view from the outdoor patio - this hidden gem is great to wind down with a drink after dinner with your date.
We also highly recommend going for a delicious buffet dinner at Quan's Kitchen located just downstairs, or treat your loved one to a hi-tea session at Lady Yi's Tea House.

11. Luca BSC
Fusion Indian food? Sign us up! The menu at Luca BSC is made up of a delicious medley of Indian and European fare, as well as a selection of quality wines and tapas. There's a ton we'd recommend from their menu, but we can say that their Indian food takes the cake for sure. This refined all-day dining restaurant is also split into two sections - enjoy a cosier and intimate dining experience in the main indoor area, or head outdoors by the bar if you're more into laidback date nights.

The restaurant serves up a full dining menu with a fusion twist, popular food items include their Slow-Cooked Char Siew Baby Back Ribs, Baked Tilapia, Smoked Duck Aglio Olio, and Percik Chicken Chop. They also have a lovely choice of specialty cocktails incorporated with fresh local herbs, spices, and fruits.

14. ROMANi Fine Dining, AVANTÉ Hotel
An exquisite French-Japanese fusion menu, paired with panoramic city views, what more can you ask for when it comes to a romantic Valentine's date night? Sitting atop the Sky Deck of AVANTÉ Hotel in Petaling Jaya, ROMANi Fine Dining is an elegant fine dining restaurant using only the freshest ingredients to create dishes that are a delicious medley of French and Japanese cuisine. Items on the restaurant's menu are mainly Western cuisine with a refined local twist - our personal favourites include their linguine pesto carbonara, squid ink spaghetti (topped with Hokkaido scallops and crabmeat!), and truffle mushroom pizza.
