Your guide has been terribly late for one and half hour and did not show up. We are extremely angry and upset about your service. We request for the cancellation, money refund and compensation for ruining our vacation. The order was originally scheduled for 8:00 on the day Pick-up and drop-off, but the tour guide never showed up without any notice. We waited in the hotel lobby for about 1.5 hours, wasting time and disrupting the vacation itinerary. As a professional travel platform, there are such irresponsible local cooperative travel agencies, which is too exaggerated!

You have to be careful when walking on Namba beach. My mother has fallen and has fallen. I thought it was a beach tour; I got a suggestion that there are other tours here but people are struggling. Kleck will refund you and treat you as an individual traveler's insurance. The basics of the residents of the Namba Beach neighborhood and the guides are very nice and pure.
