Booked Honda Vario 160 for easy to handle but given an old Yamaha NMAX with empty petrol. Returned with half filled petrol. But thanks for delivery to hotel lobby and collected from Hotel for easy time saving.

Overall, it was a convenient and hassle-free experience. Booking through Klook saved us the time and trouble of bargaining with the rental vendors along the streets. Once the booking was confirmed, they contacted us directly via WhatsApp to arrange everything. We requested two helmets, but only one was initially prepared. When we asked for another, they managed to find one for us very quickly, although the buckle wasn’t working properly. We decided to take it anyway. The motorcycle itself was okay, though one of the side mirrors was quite shaky. Despite these little issues, everything worked out fine and we had no major problems. I would book with them again, as I much prefer the convenience of having everything arranged beforehand rather than having to look around and negotiate with vendors on the street.
