SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary Exhibition "SUPER RECORDS" in Taiwan

Endless queues, waited half an hour early to enter. The 3 PM session couldn't start on time, just constantly queuing and waiting to move forward. Finally reached the merchandise checkout counter and successfully checked out at 8:53 PM, finally able to leave. Over six hours standing without rest, unable to eat, drink, or use the restroom. What kind of terrible organizers are these? Unable to properly enjoy the exhibition, just crowds of people. Everyone is crammed into the exhibition area, how are you supposed to properly experience and appreciate it? All good feelings are gone, only the admission card and task card can offer a little comfort. The merchandise checkout area is even more of a mess. Victims and guinea pigs of 2/11.

This was my first time buying exhibition tickets on this platform, and the purchasing process was more convenient and faster than I expected. It was also my first time participating in this type of event, and the overall flow was very smooth. The exhibits inside the venue were very rich, and there were also fan interactive games. I went during the Chinese New Year period, and there were many staff members, all of whom were very friendly and helpful with the fan games inside the venue. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!!

Went on 2/13 (day 3). Maybe because they got yelled at so much before, the flow was pretty smooth today when I went. Except the shooting game props were just put away (broken). The call-a-spy buttons, only the last one, Hae-gyu and Ma-seok, worked. The ones in the front were broken too. (# The merchandise is all pre-ordered. At least the staff were very nice and didn't shout at people to leave, but used their fingers to show the numbers to remind everyone how much time they had left before leaving. Just feel like the organizers could do better... The staff are really working super hard on the front lines, taking everyone's pressure 🥲🥲 (the video at the end is really long and you won't be able to finish watching it 🫣). If you can, everyone should go get their stamps first and not crowd around the rotating display, because there's also a place to get stamps next to the projection screen in the theater. It would be even better if the staff could remind people to spread out?

I just feel like the organizers could do better... The staff really worked super hard on the front lines taking everyone's pressure 🥲🥲

The event went smoothly that day, without the terrible experience of the first day. The on-site guidance was pretty good, and I was able to pre-purchase the merchandise without any issues.

The entire exhibition hall takes about half an hour to walk through. It's not very big, and there are some small gifts you can get. Entering on the afternoon of the first day of the Lunar New Year was quite smooth.

The ordering interface is clear, and you can directly present the QR code on-site, which is simple and convenient.

The exhibition was beautiful and deeply moving.

Although the exhibition started with a chaotic flow and arrangement, it improved by my session, but some machines were broken on-site, but this isn't Klook's problem. I took a lot of photos of my favorite idols, so I'm still very happy!

This was the best experience of the three times I've been here. I was able to see the whole thing completely, and take my time lining up and taking pictures with each of the standees. I was also able to listen to each record in the vinyl record area at my own pace.
