I had a great stay at Especen Hotel. The location is excellent.. it’s close to many main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

One of the best hotels in Hanoi 🩵 Very clean, spacious, and elegant. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. It’s also in a convenient location for exploring the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. We absolutely loved the vibe!

the location is amazing right on the main area near Lake ucan cover everything just by a walk. the sight seeing bus stop is also next to it. room a little small but I won't mind that, clean, breakfast was amazing. staff super helpful.

Very nice hotel clean room and sheets smell good the AC and hot shower are all working and the lady even let me check in early so i was able to rest coz i arrived 4am. Check in time supposed to be 2pm but she let me check in 9:30AM she was very kind and accommodating. The staffs are very helpful too I missed my train going to SaPa but the two guys staffs helped me find a cabin bus to ride at 11pm going to SaPa. I really appreciate their kindness 🙏🏻 I really recommend this hotel. Will totally go back.
