location is great a few steps away from the lake, st josephs cathedral, uniqlo, train street, hanoi night market you can all do them by walking from the hotel. staff are very courteous and accommodating the staff who helped us thru check in is dustin he helped us get a halong bay tour and airport transfer. breakfast is delicious various dishes to choose from. rooms are clean and comfy. we had dinner at there rooftop bar as well. overall highly recommended.

Generally, the staff provided great service and the room was great. It really is a very typical hotel. But it is quite apparent that the staff are more hospitable to non-asian tourists, and it is not just the staff in this hotel. I see it everywhere else. The breakfast is also not very good, and I would have preferred to eat outside unfortunately. Otherwise, everything else is great! Sadly I forgot to do my room tour videos for this trip hahah so here are some suppers I had in the room...

this was my 2nd time in this hotel that's why i booked for 2nd time because i like this hotel for they are comfortable & clean to stay w/ accomodating & helpful staff plus points location wise near of any place at the old quarter no need to ride just walk for some exercise good for the health.

The location is great. The hotel staff was very helpful in packing our breakfast as we have to leave very early the next morning. The room is dated as compared to the modern styled ones with the surrounding. However, it is well and clean.
